Summary:

Charming and newly renovated apartment in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Park your car and forget about it - every activity the city has to offer is right outside your front door! Amazing shops, restaurants and bars just steps away in every direction. When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind to a fully stocked and renovated 3br/2ba modern suite with a private balcony.



The Space:

No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building - a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, flat screen TVs with cable in every room, etc.



PARKING: There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we do provide a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment). We have a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area.



SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment and private balcony and porch.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips! Check out the drone photos to see how close we are to everything!



Getting Around:

There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we provide one parking pass for the Municipal Parking Garage (5 min walk) and the City of St. Augustine has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. Park your car and forget about it - everything is within walking distance! Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door (ask us for details). If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours.

We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. The house is situated in the heart of the historic downtown. The house is a well kept (clean) vintage house with modern decor. Beds are comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one w shower/bathtub combo and one w walk in shower. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to our hosts for keeping the property nice

The property is in a great location and while cute needs some work. The couch was dirty and broken down. The kitchen chairs were also stained and dirty. The first night we killed a huge cockroach in the living room. We killed multiple spiders upstairs. The primer bed is very uncomfortable.

Great location and very clean. Keep in mind it is an older home so it's got personality! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and would definitely stay again. Very much enjoyed being walking distance from everything. It's a one way street for cars and only a 3min walk from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. You will hear people and cars in the evening but it's not so much that it disturbs you and it doesn't go into all hours of the night. It's actually kind of fun to listen to everyone passing by and hearing the chatter because everyone is in a good mood down there.

Cozy space steps from everything

It was our first time in St Augustine and we loved it. The property is just as described and it was great. We were steps from everything. Shops, restaurants, and tours were all just a few short steps away. The bay front was only a couple of blocks away as well as the fort and the old city gates. We drove to the fountain of youth but it was definitely within walking distance for the more adventurous. The house was perfect, stocked well, clean, and perfectly placed to enjoy downtown without moving the car. Will definitely stay here again

Our group stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The location was absolutely perfect. Extremely easy to get around town from this location.Daniel was a great host. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. The house was clean and in great condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Location, location!

Location was great! Fun to sit on the porch and visit with passer-byes. Certainly not with our group, but the bathrooms were upstairs so if navigating stairs is a concern, the other unit might work better. Would certainly stay there again.

Amazing time

The home is stunning. It is very obvious that attention to detail is very important to these hosts. I was so pleased with everything that was made available to us and the ease of checking in and out. The home has everything you could need for a mini vacation including fresh towels, and extra blankets and pillows. The home was very clean and exactly what I wanted for this trip. It is definitely not the kind of place to rent if you are having a large gathering or party but the hosts make that very clear in the description. This home does have a staircase that should be respected. The stairs are narrow and steep so be careful. It’s the design of the home and no matter where you go in town, you will encounter stairs exactly like these. Once you get up those stairs and to the second story, you see how beautiful the hosts have made this space. 3 bedrooms await with very comfortable mattresses and great bedding options. The location of this home is everything! You are within walking distance from anything you could want to do in the historic district. Since we didn’t have parking at the house, it was very important to us to be close to everything. With the included pass to the parking garage, I felt my car was safe and didn’t have to worry about getting towed. We literally parked the car on the day of check in and didn’t go back until the morning of check out. Such a nice convenience.

Quaint and picturesque - wonderful for the holidays

The house was wonderful for our family during the holidays. You can’t get much closer to walking distance to the old town and St George street. Be aware because the house is so close to the historic district, parking is extremely limited. Highly recommend!

This amazing house is located just a couple of blocks from St George St. The house is adorable and clean. It was nice to sit on the porch and balcony. We left the car in the parking garage and walked everywhere. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Great location!

This was a great location to arrive and then walk everywhere. We really enjoyed the town and convenience of where we were. It was nice having enough space to hang out together as a family in the evenings but then separate space and privacy for sleeping. It’s designed well for little stops between meals to cool off or read but then back out for dining.

Great Location

Walking distance to everything! We rented for a wedding at The Treasury and were able to get to everything very easily. There was also a parking pass that made parking our car in a nearby deck very easy.
