Oceanfront sunrises and breathtaking views await you at Vilano Sunrise Family Retreat, which is comprised of two brand new, custom built and lovingly designed homes. High-end details abound throughout both homes, which are pleasingly decorated with Florida beach vibes. Each home features private keyless entry and an elevator.

At the oceanfront home, Vilano Sunrise Retreat, relax on natural wood loungers or a comfortable sectional while overlooking the ever-changing tides of St. Augustine Inlet, which is painted with crisscrossing waves and sandbars. An abundance of luxurious spaces provides plenty of opportunities for quality time with family and friends. The primary living area is located on the third floor. Here you will find a beautiful gathering space equipped with a large smart TV, a spacious kitchen, and dining space for your entire group. Step out onto the balcony for breathtaking panoramic views of the Inlet. The king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is also located on this floor, as well as a half bathroom, butler's pantry, and laundry room. An additional living area, with a coffee wet-bar, and waterfront balcony are on the second floor, along with the game room and three more bedrooms, including a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Walk across the little gated foot-bridge in the backyard to join the rest of your group staying in the second home.

The second home, Good Vibes Villa, features a variety of relaxing spaces – a second-floor cozy den with comfy sectional seating, 55" TCL smart TV, and easy access to a balcony with partial ocean views, sectional sofa, and rocker. Prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances plus bonus beverage fridge. Handy small appliances include a KitchenAid mixer and blender. Barstool seating for 5 is also available at the kitchen island. Dine at the dining table for 7 in a charming nook off the living room – or dine al fresco at the table for 6 on the ground-level patio. You’ll also find the gas grill – with host-provided propane – at ground level. After a full day at the beach, exploring all that St. Augustine has to offer – or just hanging out in the outdoor space with your entire group relaxing and having fun – head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, luxe linens, and 32” TCL smart TVs. Soft, white towels and bathroom essentials, such as hair dryers and starter amenities are provided. The king suite on the second floor offers a couch with fold-out double-twin bed for extra sleeping space, and a queen pull-out sofa bed is also available in the den. The third floor king bedroom is equipped with grab bars for the shower and toilet. A handy half-bath on the second floor is a feast for the eyes, with charming fish wallpaper, dazzling artwork, and striking finishes. You’ll be blown away by super-convenient double laundry facilities – a laundry room on the second floor and additional laundry closet on the third floor, both with washers and dryers.

Grab your supplied beach gear and head to the beach, just steps away. Grill and dine outside; then gather the group around the firepit. Practice your putting, play Giant Connect 4, and enjoy the convenience of the elevator. Your group will love the gourmet kitchens and extra touches like beverage fridge, workstation, coffee/wet bar, and EV charger. Best of all, step out to the sand and waves to enjoy fishing, surfing, sunning, and watching dolphins splash by.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
