The only TINY HOUSE in downtown St Augustine! Experience this great city in the most unique rental house in town! Easy walk to town and still enjoy the vibrant culture of Lincolnville. Relax and explore. Plenty of parking on site. This is a TRUE "Tiny House" with 400 sq ft of living space. 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a small living area and kitchen. Cable TV and WiFi. Front porch / back patio for outdoor enjoyment. It’s located just across the street from the Ice Plant Restaurant. PETS OK WITH FEE.

The house is absolutely adorable. Very convenient to walking around downtown and site seeing. The furniture is somewhat old and outdated and the yard could use a little tlc. Over all it is worth the stay and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

The tiny house was the perfect size for two people and a medium dog. The fully fenced back yard made a huge difference. The location was great and right across from the St. Augustine distillery.

It is a decent place, not fancy, but doable. Couch was not comfortable, loll, a futon and arm broken. Shades were broken too, and backyard was not kept up. I cleaned up porch and washed windows for them. It could be so much better, but as with most places, they are not kept up.

Cute place for a short stay! Fun place- clean on the surface. A little dilapidated underneath. Loved the porch spaces!! Could use a better dedicated parking with a bit more outside lighting. The motion sensor light kept coming on during the night. Thanks for sharing your tiny house.

Nice little cottage

Not pretentious. May be a little small for some but, it was just right for us. Great location. The only thing it could use is a full length mirror. That way I don't have to listen to my wife complain about it next time. time we stay there.

Cutest tiny home!

I only wish I stayed more than one night! Such a cute place and I loved all the comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable. I traveled with my dog and was surprised that the back yard was fenced in! I may have missed that when reviewing the amenities but that was a game changer for me and I will definitely rent here again when I come to the area. It’s a great location and so close to all the restaurants, shops and water views! I highly recommend staying here!

Our Tiny stay

We rented a Tiny House in St Augustine and it was perfect for us. The house is small, hence the name, but perfect for 2 people. It is in walking distance of downtown St Augustine. We had a real nice time.

Meeting friends

We stayed for one night in St Augustine to see friends before traveling to the Florida keys. We wanted a dog friendly house that was walking distance to St George’s. This house met both. Was clean with a functional kitchen.

Cute!

This was the cutest little house and they had all the extras you might have missed packing. Very thoughtful and easy to work with. The bedroom wasn’t the coolest so if you tend to sleep hot, bring a fan. Other than that everything was great! Will def stay again!

This Tiny House has anything you might need while staying there. We liked the way you could open the wall of the bedroom to go right iinto the bathroom.i baked while we were there. You can get on the trolley across the street from this house. You won't go wrong choosing this house.

Great property, great location!

We loved the Tiny House in St. Augustine! It is in the best location, just across from the amazing St. Augustine Distillery, Ice Plant, and Fish Camp. And it is only 10 walk to downtown. The house has everything you need for your vacation and the host is amazingly responsive! Thank you!
