Welcome to The Dylan, a stylish boutique stay ideally located in St. Augustine. Just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 2 blocks) to downtown, Flagler College, and many of the city’s top attractions, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore over 500 restaurants, shops, and historic sites.

This charming suite is part of a boutique property featuring six private units, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy plush bedding, high-quality linens, and modern amenities, including a 50” TV with complimentary Netflix.

The space includes a comfortable king bed, an eat-in bar area, and a well-appointed bathroom with a spacious shower, along with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A coffee and tea station is available, along with a stocked minibar.

Step outside to enjoy the inviting front porch with seating for two, perfect for relaxing and taking in the neighborhood atmosphere. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor deck with dining space.

Located in a quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood just one block from the Intracoastal Waterway, this property offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat.

* We start you off with all the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.

* Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.

* Children: For safety reasons, our property is not suitable for infants or small children.

* For your convenience, the property features a Smart Lock for self-check-in. You’ll receive a unique access code before your arrival, which you can use to unlock the door without needing a key.

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.

The booking, approval and check in process were simple and efficient. The location was excellent and free parking appreciated.The room was clean and well appointed with the exception of advertised wine and snacks for purchase. We’d certainly stay again if in St. Augustine.

Loved my stay here. Every detail was thought of. Came for a mom and daughter trip. Within walking distance of the historic district. Also some lovely places within walking distance. We enjoyed the corner cafe and the rose brewery. The bed was so comfortable and the AC made the room ice cold. It was so nice after walking around in August seeing the sites. Would recommend this place and would def stay again.

Convenient location

This was a very convenient location within a few blocks of the shops, restaurants, and activities in town. The set up wasn’t well described but I thought it was really neat so it didn’t bother me. It was an old St Augustine home renovated to be individual suites. If you aren’t a fan of that style this may not be for you but if you like some old charm mixed in with current amenities it would be a great choice. The room was a little smaller than typical hotel rooms but it was comfortable and had what we needed. There are mini splits for the AC and the one in the hall outside the room wasn’t on while we were there, making the short walk to the room a little hot and humid but I could have asked how to turn it on if it really bothered me. The property manager was very helpful and had reached out to us on the way. He was easy to reach if we did need anything. The Parking was small and less traditional- a line on the side of the house that two cars can parallel park in and one just behind it that you pull into. If you have a large car or have difficulty parking it may be a little tough but my husband has a full size truck and he didn’t have any problems. The only issue we had was on the second night a couple checked in that was very loud and we had a door adjoining the rooms that had soundproofing but it still felt like they were almost in the room. The first night another couple was there that we didn’t hear at all so it depends on your neighbors if it’s an issue. Overall great!
