A wonderful place

Situated in a nice quite and quiet neighborhood with short drive to stores for your basic needs. The place is immaculately clean. Kitchen is well appointed, we found everything we need and more. Bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and handheld showerhead, something we always look for when renting. There were snacks and bottled water, a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Sara, the owner is very prompt in replying to all our questions. We would look up this this place first if we ever go back to St Augustine and would highly recommend to renters looking for a place to visit St Augustine. It's took us only 14 mins to get to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sara for hosting us.

Perfect in every way.

Location was very close to beach or downtown but away from busy traffic. Very nice neighbors to help welcome you. Absolutely adorable mother in law suite. Very CLEAN and lacking for nothing. Apparently, Sara has a flair for design. Cute comfortable and well appointed. And communication was prompt and easy. Easy check in. Again must say one of best.

There was a plumbing issue which was addressed promptly. The property was well located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to places we wanted to visit.

A clean and updated apartment unit, perfect for a couple!

My wife and I had a great stay at this unit! The kitchen was great for evening meals in, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s an easy drive down 206 to Crescent Beach, or down 312 to St Augustine Beach. The property manager is extremely helpful and really cares that guests are accommodated. We would definitely stay here again!
