St. Augustine Bungalow

Quiet neighborhood 8 mins from Downtown and 12 mins from the beach at a bungalow that represents St. Augustine living. Great get away for a vacation location with the ability to get into busy locations, but relax right outside. We want to share the love of St. Augustine and want others to enjoy it with our lovely home. This home was built in the 1930's and has been renovated. We are always upgrading and trying to improve the space. It was also part of a movie called Intervenus (Short 2014).

Very cute little bungalow, clean, not too far from the tourist spots. Nice little extras like board games and coloring books for the kids. Only complaint was the neighbor had roosters that start their day around 6 am, which isn’t the hosts fault, but be prepared for an early wake up call. We used a white noise channel on YouTube the second night and that was a game changer. Would still recommend to anyone.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home in this beautiful bungalow. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings each morning.The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions, making the experience seamless from start to finish. I especially appreciated the small touches—like fresh linens, local recommendations, and the inviting outdoor space perfect for relaxing.If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-kept retreat, this is the perfect place. I would happily stay here again!All in all, I absolutely loved my stay! The bungalow was spotless, stylish, and so cozy. Peaceful location, thoughtful touches, and a wonderful host. Perfect stay for family and dog

The house is a very short drive to downtown. The pictures in the post actually don’t depict the property the same because the property in person seems to be more updated/vibrant which we were very happy about! We loved everything about the property including the large yard which was great for our dog. Overall, the inside of the house was very open, large and welcoming. Would definitely go back again!!

Adorable bungalow

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this cottage; we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It's large enough to accommodate a larger family with 2 queen size bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunks and a futon. The living room had very comfy furniture (and the owner provided a cover for the couch so our 7 pound maltipoos could sit in our laps) and a recliner that my husband loved. The kitchen included a great coffee maker with coffee and pods (we don't see that often-we brought our own). The yard was great for our dogs, with a nice deck that we didn't have an opportunity to use. The only thing I would say should be considered is to provide dishes that are not plastic and a little bit more cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

The VRBO was absolutely perfect! It was kid friendly and pet friendly. Toys and a desk with crayons and coloring books. The decor was so cute completely updated. There was a filter in the fridge for water and the TV was big and easy to connect to apps. We watched movies and played. It was close to everything we wanted and made going to the beach easy with a 1 and 2 year old. Came back and cleaned up at the VRBO and hung out.

Wonderful Bungalow

Highly recommend this rental as it's decorated beautifully, more than enough room for large families, and a very short distance to historic downtown (5-7 minutes) and in between both Villano Beach and St. Augustine Beach. I would absolutely stay here again on another stay in St. Augustine and recommend it to anyone considering it.

My friends and I chose the St. Augustine Bungalow for a three day weekend get away. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and quietness of the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.
