The Space:

Located in north town St. Augustine is a quiet, up and coming neighborhood that is close to the St. Augustine Airport, St. Augustine High School, and a short drive to Historic Downtown, attractions and beautiful Vilano Beach.



Our little cottage is completely private and dedicated to our guests. This cottage has its very own parking, and plenty of it! It is outfitted with a private front porch patio area that is equipped with lots of comfy seating and a propane BBQ.



Inside, you will find a cozy living room area with a large SmartTV that provides both YouTubeTV (better than cable) as well as streaming apps - you are welcome to sign yourself into Netflix, Hulu, etc. Beyond the living room is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc). There is a small dining table in the kitchen for your convenience. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well, and we provide laundry soap for you.



Located immediately to the right in the hall is the bathroom, with full shower/tub and two sinks to accommodate your group best.



The Layout Unit B has a solid 2 bed 1 bath layout.

Master Bedroom has a King bed

Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed

Bathroom has a shower/tub combo



Both bedrooms have large closets for storage of luggage and belongings so you can fully unpack and settle in.



Out back through the sliding glass door there is a fenced in yard where you can let your dog run and play.



Many conveniences are included, such as a full size vacuum, hair dryer, iron and the ironing board.

*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

This quiet, up and coming neighborhood is a stones throw from St. Augustine's local airport, flight school, county courthouse, and high school.



Getting Around:

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please note, the home in the front of the property is rented by another group of guests.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



They may also have a dog or dogs. Please be mindful of this.



The home is pet friendly and the backyard is completely fenced in. It is partially dirt but mostly grass.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Dog friendly, no weight restrictions.



Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.

-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.

-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!



LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
