This unique waterfront condo with a distinctive design offers breathtaking views of the serene waterfront. Enjoy exclusive access to a community pool and tennis courts as well as a pristine beachfront, creating a perfect blend of tranquility and recreational amenities. Watch the sunrise with your morning cup of coffee on one of two private patios that look out over the ocean. The kitchen opens up to the living room to create an open floor plan perfect for enjoying time with family and friends!

Seafair Sunrise welcomes guests with an eccentric coastal design. Enter through the door and find yourself first in the kitchen that looks out into the living room as well as the patio with an ocean view. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary desires if cooking is on the agenda.

The Atlantic Ocean will be your view when you stay at Seaside Sunrise! There’s a boardwalk across the dunes to the beach where you can boogie board, beachcomb and build sandcastles. The community features a beautiful pool and you’re just a few short miles from historic St. Augustine.

The views are a must see from the two balconies you`ll have. The upper balcony is right off the primary bedroom. The covered patio includes a table and chairs overlooking the ocean and beach. What a great place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail!

The two-story Sea Place 11208 condo can accommodate six guests when the sleeper sofa is used as a bed for two. The living room includes a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. There’s a large HDTV with cable and HBO, ShowTime and Starz. (Cable is only available on the first floor.)

This condo has all the utensils, appliances, cookware and serving ware you need to cook meals for your family and friends. Just stop by a grocery store to pick up ingredients on your way to the condo and you’ll be all set!

Primary bedroom (2nd floor) -
King bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. TV in bedroom for your enjoyment! Each evening you’ll want to step out on your balcony and watch the stars come out over the Atlantic.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) -
Two twin beds. TV in bedroom for your enjoyment!

Living room (1st floor) -
Queen sleeper sofa, ensuring additional sleeping space when needed. Extra bedding is available upon request, ensuring a restful night`s sleep for every guest.

There’s a second bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination. As added convenience, the condo has a half-bath on the first floor and a washer and dryer.

Arrival and check in directions were easy and clearly stated. A follow up check in on how we enjoyed our 1st day was sent to us. Lauren was very responsive and answered any and all questions that we had. She was open to feedback and even offered to help us find a rental for next year that was more accessible for my elderly parents. Our tv didn’t work the first night in the master bedroom but she quickly ordered us a new one. The location and views were more than we could’ve asked for. We have already booked to stay here again next year!

This condo was perfect! The view from BOTH balconies was breathtaking! I had a hard time finding a nice condo with a view of the beach/ocean that wasn’t crazy expensive, this condo had the view, was super nice on the inside & was very reasonably priced! There was even a pool right out the back door. The location was great, obviously on the beach, but wasn’t too crowded with people, but could easily drive downtown or to fun activities. Definitely recommend this condo & would come back in the future!

Great ocean view

Lots of room and the view of beach was probably unmatched. Communication with owner/Mgt co was excellent. Only a few items need rectified. They definitely need to replace dishwasher which didn't clean dishes well and dry function not working. So, reason only 4 stars for cleanliness. Coffee pot needs replaced too. It would go off after I stared a couple times during our stay and did not make coffee as hot as other pots. I ended up heating after about a half cup in microwave. There were a few other minor things that I mention to owner but all and all would consider a return, mainly due toLocation and view!

4/5 stars. The good: -Amazing views from 2 balconies. We loved sitting on the top floor balcony! -Proximity to the pool and beach -Beautiful location/well kept grounds and pool -Provided beach chairs and beach towels -Beach was not crowded! What could be improved: -No kitchen towel(s) provided -No rugs throughout -Laminate flooring on the stairs are either coming up/broken/missing or held down by tape. Tripping hazard! -Electric grill on the patio wasn’t usable (no other grilling options that we could find within the complex) -Only one key card to the beach gate access -WIFI was not available upon checkin. We notified the host (Lauren). She was responsive and did offer to schedule a service person. My husband ended up finding the router underneath the bedroom dresser and unplugged. Overall the views and proximity to the beach/pool is what made our stay enjoyable.

Seafare was so fun. It has 2 balconies with the most wonderful ocean views. The unit is near the walkway to the beach and is also near the pool. The kitchen has everything you need if anyone wants to cook on vacation. The historic district is a short drive and there’s lots of good places to dine nearby.

The condo was very nice ,had everything you needed. Beautiful views of the beach from both balconies and just a very short walk to the beach. Great location several very good restaraunts and a coffee shop. We would definitely stay again.
