Welcome to the Sea Gem Beach Retreat at Summerhouse! Two Story Condo (located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building) in building 2 provides a visual panorama that’s absolutely breathtaking! Just one step back from ocean front units, this condo still provides sweeping views of the pool and ocean! Stunning ocean views from balcony, living room and the master bedroom! This unit is located in the northernmost building, building #2.

This bright and airy condo is very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be mesmerized by the ocean views and relaxed at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away. This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has an HD television in the living room as well as board games to enjoy when there is a need for quiet time. There are fans in all sleeping areas for your increased comfort. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for the family’s dinner. Washer/dryer and linens are included as well. The dining area seats six.

The master bedroom has a wall mounted HD TV, as well as a king size bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has solid wood bunkbeds, twin over full, and there’s a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

In addition to our stunning beaches, Summerhouse offers a wide array of amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy:

Heated and cooled Pools (4 in total).

Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Summerhouse does have Tennis Rackets and Pickleball Paddles in the office; however, they are subject to availability.

Four Walkovers to the Beach

We invite you to take a short walk to the beach where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Or perhaps you may witness one of nature's greatest spectacles...sea turtles nesting!

Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 115 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.

St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop 'til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

You have a designated parking spot marked with the unit number. You may also park one additional vehicle in an unmarked spot. 2 vehicles max, no exceptions. Must pick up parking pass from office upon arrival. It's $10 to get one for your whole stay, or you can pick up a day pass each day from the office for free. *If you are going to arrive at Summerhouse after office hours, you will need to prearrange for a parking pass in advance with the office. This is very important!*

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
