Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house and private backyard with pool, as well as free Wi-Fi, free off-street parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. This home is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery!

The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. **Important** If booking for a wedding group or bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required.



PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
