Magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ© 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain maison de ville en bord de mer direct. EntrĂ©e par le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage pour une vue maximale sur l'ocĂ©an. Plancher en planches dans toute l'unitĂ© pour un nettoyage facile et sans allergies. Le maĂźtre est meublĂ© avec un lit king et notre chambre a deux lits jumeaux confortables. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit pour toute personne supplĂ©mentaire. Nous avons trois tĂ©lĂ©visions, une pour chaque chambre et une dans le salon. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable donnent Ă  notre cuisine un nouveau look Ă©lĂ©gant. Asseyez-vous sur le canapĂ© pendant que vous profitez de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an pour les jours de pluie occasionnels. Nous louons Ă  la semaine ou au mois. À Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines Ă  tempĂ©rature rĂ©gulĂ©e au choix sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, ce qui rend la baignade confortable toute l'annĂ©e! Il y a Ă©galement quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un court de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idĂ©alement situĂ©es Ă  chaque extrĂ©mitĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est recouvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Notre unitĂ© de location dispose d'un personnel de rĂ©ception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider Ă  rĂ©soudre rapidement tout problĂšme s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothĂšque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commoditĂ©.
Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement condo, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Fort Matanzas National Monument. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful. The kitchen is a totally open floor plan. Nice pantry in the kitchen. Wood tile floors throughout the condo. The owner provided everything from tissues, laundry stain remover, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and first aid kit. Also, baggies and wraps. My husband & I had gotten bites on a walk and the first aid kit had everything we needed! The view of the beach and ocean is unbelievable! The whole condo has been redone. It is only a short walk to the fort. It is very peaceful. We loved the Pelicans. We loved it all and thank you to the owners for thinking of everything. We are coming back!

Yet another great month at Summerhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are regular ‘month of March’ renters at Summerhouse. The fact that we continue to return says it all. The facilities are well maintained; the staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and restful. Our unit was very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. One caution for renters “not all units are created equal” this is the main drawback at Summerhouse. Management does not remove unacceptable units from the rental pool. Our unit was great but the cleaning before our arrival was not very thorough.

We rented this unit to accommodate 4 people ... it originally had twin beds and a sleeper sofa but when we arrived the owner had put a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and no sleeper sofa in living room and were not told of this new arrangement and had to find other accommodations for one of our guests ...totally unacceptable so I will never rent this unit again!

Great condo complex

The condo we stayed in was very nice, refurbished from when we last stayed there. No carpet..all imitation wood floor was fantastic! Modern kitchen! Great master bdrm! The only minor issue we had was upstairs master toilet got clogged and no plunger, we called maintenance # at 5:30 pm, implied they would try and come..we went to eat, Next morning still heard nothing,so called again then they came. Also the wifi password was incorrect but figured it out.

Great location overlooking the beach

Our family had a great week in this beautiful condo. We loved the proximity to St. Augustine (20-25 minutes), but also loved coming back to the condo and relaxing listening to the ocean waves. I ate breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean, which was the perfect way to start the day. The decor is tasteful and pretty, the kitchen well-stocked with all the tableware and cooking necessities you could need, and we appreciated the 1/2 bath on the main floor in addition to the two upstairs. We were grateful for lots of places for us all to sit in the family room area and the open floor plan on the bottom floor - easy to chat no matter what we were doing. Only three very small complaints
the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower was not very good, there wasn’t enough toilet paper and no soap at two sinks (we bought replacements for the toilet paper and soap). But, we would DEFINITELY come back to stay again, because it was the perfect rental for us.
