This oceanfront vacation rental is a spacious 3,100sqft 5 bedroom/5 full bathroom beach retreat with private beach access that comfortably sleeps 13 guests (in addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is a queen size Murphy bed on the first floor). Enjoy the beautiful ocean views with balcony access from all 3 levels. This home is well lit with plenty of windows and offers a spectacular relaxing beach color scheme and tile throughout.

1st floor –
-Cozy living area with large flat screen TV, large window with a view of the beach, and a pull down queen size Murphy bed
-Full bathroom with walk in shower for convenient showering after being on the beach
-Beach view covered outdoor patio with outdoor seating, stairs to the second and third level balcony’s, and a jacuzzi

2nd floor –
-Open living area with large flat screen TV and beach side balcony access with plenty of seating
-Indoor dining area
-Outdoor dining area with large outdoor grill
-Fully stocked kitchen with additional ice maker
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Full bathroom

3rd floor –
-Relaxing ocean view master suite/master bathroom with king size bed, large flat screen TV, spacious walk in closet with built in wardrobe and private beach side balcony

-2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full hallway bathroom

-1 bedroom with a bunk bed (Full on bottom and twin on top) and a pull out twin size trundle bed, full bathroom inside bedroom.

-Large beach view balcony with plenty of seating.

This private beach retreat is steps away from the ocean and the outdoor stairs provide access to all 3 balcony levels, private beach access with beach towels and chairs available for use. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent and hand soap provided. Additional cleaning services for long stays available upon request and will be charged accordingly.

*220 and 210 outlet available for electric vehicles, Wifi access, Publix is 3 miles away, several dining options just minutes away. Baby gates for indoor stairs, small travel feeding chair with attachable tray for infants/toddlers that can also be used as a booster seat, and a pack and play are available for your use.

Great beach!

Great house and great beach!! Comfortable and clean. Our group of 70 year old college besties enjoyed the house but wished we had the elevator working. Our host was great but we had some communication problems. However he was available when we needed him! The problem might have been with the VRBO app. We would love to stay here again - lots of room, grocery store nearby and St Augustine just over the bridge.

July 4th holiday

Great place to stay. We had 10 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and the interior is updated and modern. The location was fantastic. This house is so far away from public access ramps that we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves for 100 yards on either side, even on the holiday itself. The owner is very very responsive. The listing says space for 3-4 cars but there was easily room for at least 6. The outdoor grill is one of the nicest grills I have ever seen and the outside dining area is absolutely amazing. Great vacation home.

We had such a great time at this property! Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated, Everything you could possibly need was provided including lots of beach towels. Had a problem with the hot water heater one day and it was fixed within a couple of hours! Amazing!

Epic home and location

The home was impecable! Beautifully decorated and many amazing modern features. Lots of love and detail poured into this beach front gem. Loved all the porch seating and great views! 10 minute drive to the heart of St. Augustine for some great sightseeing and tours. The beach is steps from the home and very private. Plenty of rooms, TVs , beds, and gathering space for your family! The hot tub was a great way to soothe tired muscles after boogie boarding! We recommend this home !!!!! Great Multi-generation House

Beachfront home that was able to house our parents, kids, and grandkids. Beautiful view of the ocean with the beach just steps away from the back door. The house had everything we could possibly need for the week. The Host was extremely helpful with prompt replies to all requests and questions. We will definitely book again!

Beachfront House Vacation Aug 2023

Great beachouse. Modern and right on the beach. Very nice accomadations. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is provided. Outside shower would be nice. Three decks and furnishings are execellent. We love the outdoor kitchen but could not get TV to work, not important unless watching sports...Used for crab boil. Took us a while to get use to the electrical outlets, on, off, and dim. Storm shutters are very nice to have. We will probably come back. Nicest house we have rented!

Amazing and relaxing vacation!

This house had everything!! Including a nice “in law suite” on the first floor where the Murphy bed is. Everyone had their own private space and bathroom. We grilled out every night and had family dinner on the open patio. All cabinets are stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Publix is also only 3 miles away. No need to bring anything with you except personal items and clothes. Every level had a deck and tons of furniture. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and there were tons of beach towels, regular towels, extra sheets, pillows, blankets etc. We all had the best time ever. Our daughter also got married on the beach out in front of the house while we were there ❀ Property manager/owner was so nice and answered any questions we had immediately. We fit 4 vehicles easily. Highly recommend!! Excellent property!
