Ocean Club 37 is a two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath condo at Ocean Club I. Completely renovated from top to bottom. Ocean Club 37 has a patio overlooking the pool, a covered balcony and a sundeck for you to sit back and enjoy a view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean.

At Ocean Club I, Unit 37, the living and dining area are located on the first floor and there are two (2) bedrooms located upstairs. From the moment you enter this beautifully decorated and updated condo you are greeted by brand new comfortable furnishings, flat screen Smart HDTV, and an amazing view of the courtyard, pool area and the beach.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, with a dining table for 6. This is a great place to indulge in an evening of cards or even a board game with the whole family.

The kitchen is upgraded and fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and serve just about anything. You can enjoy the view of the courtyard while you prepare that special meal.

With a full bath located downstairs as well as upstairs, you can come in straight from beach or pool without having to go upstairs. The master bedroom is particularly luxurious, with a king-sized bed, flat screen Smart TV, sliding-glass doors to a balcony that overlooks the pool and plenty of closet space for him and her.

The second bedroom has a Queen size murphy bed, a flat screen Smart TV, and sliding-glass doors to a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Our condo is fully stocked with all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath, as well as a washer and dryer for your use. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay here a pleasure!

Ocean Club 37 also has a one car private garage so you can start your day in a nice cool car. Also there are many open parking spaces at Ocean Club for that second vehicle.

We also provide a queen size sofa sleeper in order to sleep 6.

The Ocean Club I resort is small, family-friendly, and perfectly located. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away from the condo, the Intracoastal is a short hop in the opposite direction, and historic downtown St. Augustine is only 10 minutes away. Boating, kayaking, canoeing, boogie-boarding, and sunbathing are just some of the options you have during your amazing vacation at the beach.
