Upstairs, enjoy a large Master bedroom with ocean view, a second bedroom furnished with queen and twin beds, and a full bathroom off the hall. The bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and the bathrooms with soft, white towels. Bring along your tennis racquets to enjoy the courts on site. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
