This spacious 1,500 square foot vaulted ceiling home boasts two bedrooms with two and a half baths and sleeps six comfortably. Natural sunlight with glass windows throughout the home provides an airy and bright, yet relaxing atmosphere with well-thought-out modern furniture to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, waffle maker, wine glasses, and charcuterie board awaits your cooking expertise. An open-concept dining area with an island for preparing meals looks out to the living area with views of the backyard perfect for bird watching and relaxing. A table for 6 seating is perfect for family gatherings while you dine on the oval-shaped wooden table designed with a modern flair.

Gather in the main living room to relax on the comfortable chaise lounge sofa while reading or taking in a movie. Enjoy board games, puzzles, and card games with family and friends to create fun-filled memories.

Work from home while you will sit at a custom-built floating shelf just for your laptop with space for note taking and materials using the high-speed internet provided during your stay.

A hair dryer is also provided in each bathroom.

The second bedroom with its furnished wrap-around balcony faces the evening sunset. A king-sized memory foam mattress and Smart TV also await you to relax in comfort after a long day of visiting the many attractions in historic downtown, dining, and beaches. A full-sized tub located on the second floor is complete with plush towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and cotton balls for your convenience.

A full-sized washer and dryer are available for use to launder with provided laundry detergent.

The spacious and well-manicured yard is great for outdoor fun with rocking chairs and furniture. Sit and watch as you view the many different birds that migrate to the bird sanctuary in the Alligator Farm located nearby.

Bicycles are provided for free, however use them at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any hazardous injury. Caution and safety while using the bikes need to be taken into consideration while using them.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners locked storage closet under the stairway. All other areas are available for guest use.

BICYCLES
- Bicycles are provided for your use, however, they are STRICTLY to use at your own risk. Guests must do their due diligence in keeping safe as Owners are not held liable for any and all injuries that may occur from the use of the bicycles.
- If you choose to use the bicycles, please:
1) use the bike locks provided.
2) As a courtesy please notify the Owner of any bike problems you encounter so the Owner will take the bike out of rotation, if needed, or get the bicycle serviced.

BEACH GEAR
- Beach towels are available for your use, stored either in the laundry room cabinet or in the baskets in the downstairs nook.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
