Enjoy the perfect vacation while staying in premiere accommodations in this 2nd floor oceanfront condo on expansive, and family-friendly Crescent Beach!! Breathe in the salty air while looking out over the dunes to the white sand and splashing waves. The views can be enjoyed all day long from the living area and kitchen, master bedroom and balcony! How about a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean in the privacy of your own bedroom or private balcony? This second floor, corner unit is conveniently located at the end of the building nearest the pool and beach walkway which can both be viewed from the balcony. Stairs are located just outside the door, and an elevator is located down the hall. Take an afternoon swim in the oceanfront pool. Step out from the pool onto the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family. Don't forget to bring your racquets to enjoy some exercise on the courts right out in front of the condo!



Sand Dollar I-208 has been thoughtfully furnished for families and features a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room seating. Floor to ceiling windows maximize the views of the ocean in the Master bedroom, furnished with king-sized bed, a pair of swivel chairs for quiet reading, and an en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedrooms, furnished with queen bed in one, and two sets of bunks in the other, allow for plenty of sleeping space for the whole family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with crisp, white linens and soft white towels. Park your car in the covered garage for added protection from the elements.



In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 20 minute drive of the condo. Also just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or swimming in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

Enjoyed our stay. Such a spacious condo with a beautiful view and gorgeous weather all week. Would like to have had cover for sliding glass door in living room. Sun in the morning was blinding and evening gave us no privacy. Couch in living room was very uncomfortable. It is very low to the floor. Could not sit on it. The condo above was having renovations done so the noise level was very disturbing for at least 3 days. Was not notified of this prior to our stay.

The condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed and the host was responsive when needed. The beds were very comfy. The only thing id mention is there are limited food options close and the food is over all sub-par, if you are looking for seafood. The beach is best enjoyed early-late afternoon, as the water comes up very close to shore. Also, there was a sign posted that rattlesnakes had been seen on the property. We only saw 1 turtle. The view was lovely, but don't expect to find a lot of shells on the beach. Maybe its just a bad time of year to go there fo that. There was a lot of seawead as well. But, the condo was perfect.

Fabulous!

Our family stayed here with a two year old and four year old. It was perfect! One floor down and you are at the pool. You can look down at the pool and see them because this condo is on the corner just one floor above the pool. Right off the pool is SHORT walk down to the beach. It was great going back and forth with the kids. Beautiful view from the balcony! We saw dolphins multiple times. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were spread out and everyone had their own area. Nice showers in both bathrooms. Master had a handheld which actually worked great with the little ones. Can’t recommend it enough! We had a great time!

Beautiful beach, easy access to food, entertainment, beach and shopping! Sand Dollar is very well kept, they actually have green grass and landscaping

Super Sand Dollar Condo Stay

Absolutely wonderful property! All rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the swim pool. Especially enjoyed our mornings on the balcony having breakfast overlooking the water. You will have to drive up closer to St Augustine a bit if you want more restaurant choices for dinner. Not too many choices close to the condo. We usually picked something to do up in St Augustine and had a late lunch/early dinner and then snacked during the evening back at the condo. We would definitely stay at Sand Dollar I-208 again and bring some friends the next time!

We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the private balcony. The building was very quite, with lots of beach space. The unit was fully equipped, however we ate most of our dinners out. We defiantly would come back to stay.

Beautiful beachfront location! In January we were able to sleep with the doors open to the balcony off the main bedroom and listen to the surf. The rug in the main bedroom either needs a good cleaning or needs to be replaced. Otherwise we were pleased with the condo and it had everything we needed.

The property listed was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views, Very comfortable beds, and great location, next to the pool and stairs to the parking lot.The owner was very attentive to our questions. The only suggestion would be that the kitchen was not stocked very well. Very limited pots and pans, serving bowls, oven/baking things. Over all, great unit and we will be renting this space again! Loved the turtles and the bunnies!
