We had a wonderful stay. The house is open and spacious, the garage had so much fun stuff, and the back yard was great. There were 10 of us total and we all had a great time and never felt crammed. The house was also really clean. We hope to be back one day.

T Wedding

Perfect place for a family “hangout.” Lots of room. All clean and fairly new. Lots of extras too, especially in the kitchen and for kids. Ping pong, pop a shot, bikes, games etc. Hammock for grandpa. Quiet neighborhood and near everything you could want. The beach is most likely a drive and park though. The only thing I mentioned to the host was that it would be nice if there were a complete fence to block escape for littles and pups to the front yard. Otherwise, a 9.9!!

Great house in St Augustine

Very clean, very well-appointed kitchen, great outdoor space with plenty of room to spread out, fun game room, walking/biking easily to beach, near restaurants and grocery store. Host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great property

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Very clean and fresh smell when entering home. Comfy beds with updated and very nice decor. Great location to enjoy St. Augustine. It was perfect for our needs with my elderly parents over Thanksgiving weekend. Adult kids loved the games in garage! Galaga battles ensued
 I would recommend.

All the amenities to guarantee a fun trip!

What an amazing and well thought out rental! We've stayed in a lot of larger rentals, and a handful in St.Augustine at the same price range/ sq ft/ rooms, but the little details of this rental stand out! Everything was extremly comfortable with plenty of room and quality of furniture. It is so nice to have plenty of everything you need supply wise the entire trip like trash bags, toilet paper/ paper towels, soaps, anything needed, it was there! We loved the little coffee bar too! This is often times not the case with a lot of other rentals, so thanks Jill, 5 stars! Now the amazing entertainment with this rental is unmatched! Oftentimes you will want AC, downtime from the heat or maybe its a rainy day, this is the rental you want to spend time at! The whole family had so much fun when we came back in with all the games in the garage or out hanging out back! We would've utilized the bikes, but we needed one child bike so we skipped it. We were also so impressed with the quality of all of the stuff provided. We usually bring a lot of our own stuff because normally it's in bad condition or hasn't ever been maintained, but everything in this rental looked well cared for or almost new. The labels on everything or the binder that helps you book things throughout town, Jill has thought of it all to make a stay seamless and fun! The only thing missing from this rental was the ocean view, but it was so close to beach and everything else thst it didn't really matter! We loved it!

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for a short weekend with family and it was perfect! The game room was such fun and kept our family entertained in the evenings. Everything was so clean and just all around a great place to stay! We will be back. :)

Women's Fun, Food & Fellowship

The home is exactly as advertised. The only challenge we had was with parking. Based on the number of women, we needed more parking spaces. Outside of that, the home was spotless and the home was above and beyond in terms of what was available. Very comfy in all respects. The needs of travelers was def taken into consideration. Most properties that I've stayed in previously were a bit slim on pots and pans, enough cutlery etc. This home was super comfy and we lacked nothing. I didn't have a need to contact the host at all because we had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend for sure!

Excellent house near St. Augustine

Great location, easy to get into and back from St. Augustine. Neighborhood is very calm. The house is super comfortable, modern, spacious, plug-and-play, and we also spent an evening doing s’mores by the fire pit in the cozy backyard. St. Augustine is a “must visit” in Florida, and we had a wonderful stay overall!
