Step into oceanfront luxury at Living Luxe, where the main entrance opens to the breathtaking living space. The high-rise ceilings and elegant chandeliers create a grand atmosphere in the living room, while the open-concept kitchen and full laundry room provide convenience. This floor also features the first bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, stunning ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub in a walk-in shower. Step out onto the spacious balcony to unwind in the comfortable seating areas while soaking in the coastal breeze. This floor also includes two additional bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing by the pool with a private grill, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. With direct beach access and a private pool, Living Luxe is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation.

The pool can be heated for an additional $50/day, available October 15th through May 15th. Please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

The entire house is available to our guests, there are a few locked closets for owners and cleaners.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

No Pets Permitted.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
