Regardez - vous avez besoin de beaucoup de thérapie au sel et de vitamine mer, ou vous ne liriez pas cela. Droite? Eh bien, que notre maison soit votre maison! Nous voulons que vous tombiez amoureux de St. Augustin comme nous l'avons fait.

Venez sĂ©journer dans notre grande maison de ville de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain (1200 pi2), avec son propre garage. Nous avons tout le confort de la maison pour vous ici - une toute nouvelle cuisine avec de belles armoires Ă  secousses et des comptoirs en granit, une connexion Wi-Fi partout, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble dans toutes les chambres, et ce n'est que la pointe de la dune de sable. ;) Il y a un tout nouveau lit king-size Ă  plateau-coussin pour maman et papa, avec une reine et complet dans l'autre chambre pour les amis ou les enfants. Dans un pincement, nous avons mĂȘme un matelas queen (auto-gonflable) et double, donc tout le monde est confortable!

Notre complexe n'a pas une mais DEUX piscines pour votre plaisir (une est mĂȘme CHAUFFÉE en hiver!), et bien sĂ»r LA PLAGE est Ă  quelques pas de votre porte, avec un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  certaines des meilleures plages de sable et de surf! Nous avons mĂȘme une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse, vous pouvez donc rester aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez!

Le quartier est également au centre de la plage avec tellement de choses amusantes à faire et d'excellents endroits pour manger. Mango Mangos, Beachcombers et The Oasis ne sont que quelques-uns des excellents restaurants. Ensuite, vous pourrez profiter du golf miniature Fiesta Falls (juste à cÎté), de la ferme Alligator, du phare de l'ßle Anastasia et bien sûr de la vieille rue. Augustine en bas de la route!

Vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas battre cette expérience de plage amusante et incroyable!

So amazed!

This stay was one of my favorites. Walk to the beach, pool right off the sliding glass door. Comfortable beds and had all that we could possibly need. Extra towels, seasonings, coffee!! Highly recommend to anyone. Will be back.

Great stay

Well kept up. And very clean. No dirt or bugs. Close to good entertainment and food. The beach is at the back of the property. An easy walk. Visiting old St Augustine is great to visit. We had plenty to do between provided games at home and excursions. The kitchen is very conveniently arranged and has plenty of cooking utensils and dishes.

Bed Bugs!

This condo has a bed bug infestation. We checked in to the property and were there for about an hour before we found them in the master bedroom. We immediately called the property owner who initially was very apologetic and said he would refund us. We had to find another place to stay in just a few hours and moved condos. We had to pay another $2500 to book somewhere else without having the money back from his condo but we had no choice. In the meantime we spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO emailing them pictures of the bed bugs and texts from the host where he admitted to having an issue that they previously treated for and offered us a refund. He also texted back on Monday to tell us pest control came back out to spray and inspect. Now over a week later he is telling VRBO he doesn’t approve the refund and we are having to go through upper management to get a refund. I wish we had never stepped foot in this condo. At this point we may have to just dispute the charges with our credit card company all while worrying that bed bugs may have gotten into our luggage. This has been a nightmare. He knew he had an issue and still rented it out.

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Weekend

Stayed here for s weekend with my daughter and a couple of her friends. Perfect location just steps away from the beach. Owner provided everything we could need including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals or we could walk or drive to several local spots for a bite or a drink. Having 2 pools on property was a plus. There was a great selection of board games in the living room to help us unplug and spend some quality time with the girls. Owner had great communication and access was a breeze. He let us know we could check in a little early as the unit was ready earlier than expected. On the last day, he was more than accommodating when we asked to stay just a little longer. Definitely would be someplace we stay again. 5/5 recommend!

Ladies Weekend

As shared with the owner, the place was very clean, good location, all necessary items were present and beds were comfortable. The condo was tired, needed attention with a torn ceiling, screen doors did not work and were torn! The main entry door exterior and interior need to be replaced! These items need immediate attention along with the stove. Great location to the beach! I believe the owners can overcome these issues.

The host (Bill) was very attentive to all our requests. Condo has three decks to sit, one off the living room that is steps away from swimming pool, which we found really nice. Bedrooms are both very big and comfortable. Kitchen is will equipped.

Great host and location

Great home base for stays in the St. Augustine area! Pool and beach access were great! The property was clean and quiet. Could use some updates, but everything works great and the rental was perfect for us. The host was easy to reach and pleasant to deal with.

Great quiet location very close to beach

My husband and I really enjoyed our 16 day stay in this St Augustine condo. The place is well stocked with ample blankets, pillows, and linens as well as beach chairs and even a wagon full of beach toys (which we didn’t need but our grandkids would have loved them if they came). An added bonus, there is an attached garage that we really appreciated on rainy days and loading/unloading our vehicle. Communication with the host was excellent. We only had a couple questions that he quickly answered. We had no issues with the condo. St Augustine wasn’t our first choice for this stay but now it will be a top contender for future visits to Florida. A big thank you to the host. We enjoyed everything about our visit.

Our family (myself, my husband and 3 college aged sons) stayed here for Thanksgiving. Love the location, the beach is beautiful and just a short easy walk. The condo has everything you need-we even had our Tgiving dinner here and many more meals. Hope to be back again soon.

Family spring break quick tri[

Such a nice relaxing stay, this condo has everything you might need to relax by the beach. Such a quick easy walk to the beach, Beautiful skies and seas! Lots of restaurants close by and Publix only a few minutes away. We visited Anastasia State park and St. Augustine Lighthouse while we there only a few minutes away.

Birthday getaway

We just returned from a 4 day weekend in St Augustine. We’ve stayed in the historic part of town so wanted to try something different. The place has a great location. Easy to navigate from there. If the owner could’ve fixed the weather it would’ve been perfect. Overall the place is fine. A bit dated as are most things in the “oldest city”, Ypu won’t be disappointed.

Great Location

The location of the property is great and easy beach access. Communication with the owner and access was easy and the owner response was rapid. The unit needs updating and repairs/painting. The doors and screens were very difficult to open and the furniture and beds were old and not very comfortable. Painting was definitely needed. Half of the electricity in the unit went out during our last night there. The electrical outlets and fuse box needs updating. As much as we enjoyed the location and beach access we would not stay there again unless it has been updated and repairs done.

Great stay!

Amazing hosts! Super accommodating and really appreciated the quick and friendly communication and the details of accommodations in the house! Good location, short /paved walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable and worth staying here then paying the overpriced hotels!
