What a great place to stay! Well supplied, everything you needed was there. Nice and ckean, very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Great location, quiet and away from the bustle, but close eough to attractions and town. Phyllis was great to recommend things and communicate. Hughly recommend!

This condo was a great location and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The beachy decorations made for a cozy stay and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you would need. Phylis communicated promptly on every question. We would stay again if in the area.

Phylis is an excellent host - she left a number of personal touches throughout the condo that made us feel welcome and appreciated. The condo is well-maintained and has lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, games, etc.) in a perfect location very close to St. Augustine beach. We loved our stay here.

Nice condo in a nice area. Convenient distance to everything. Short drive to Old Town and other areas and conveniences. Short walk to beach. Great price especially compared to the area hotels. I would absolutely book here again for a future visit.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Phylis was quick to communicate with us for any question we had. Her property was very clean, neat and welcoming. It had everything qe needed and more. The beach chairs and toys were a great added touch. The location was perfect. We were able to go to the beach or see historic St. Augustine within just a few minutes. We plan to come back and stay in the near future.

Cozy, clean and close to the beach

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter stayed at Phylis's place in St Augustine in late April of 2024. It is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The photos don't do the condo justice, it's actually even nicer than it appears in the pictures and all the rooms are decorated in a tasteful beachy style. Phylis has given a lot of thought to how to make guests comfortable. Switches in the kitchen are labeled; the towels are fluffy and appear new; and the beds and pillows are very comfortable including the pull out couch. When we checked in, we were greeted with chocolates which we appreciated. The location is just what we were looking for...quiet, safe, near the beach and only a few minutes from Old Town St. Augustine. My only regret is that it was just for the weekend. If we are in the area again, I would definitely stay there. Thanks Phylis!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the condo to the beach, restaurants and the craft fair. I hope the beach access is open soon as we had to walk several blocks in order to get to the water and then it was very crowded with people on top of each other.

We stayed here for a few days to sightsee St Augustine. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished if you like eating in. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Our host was super helpful and very responsive.

Perfect location for small family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Anastasia Island with our children, 10 and 6. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and numerous restaurants and the home was clean and decorated beautifully. Only about a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine sites. Host was welcoming and available for any concerns/questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family rental

Our stay was so great! The condo had perfect amenities and extra little touches to make it feel like home. Phylis was extremely responsive and so kind. The condo is a quick walk to the pool and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The bedrooms were lovely and perfect for two adult couples to use, plus enough space to add a pack & play for our little one. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Phylis as a host!
