Great location in Uptown to walk into the historic section of St. Augustine. Parking is ok out back if you have a car, but it is tight for a larger vehicle such as a truck getting in and out. The bakery downstairs is lovely, and very handy for treats and coffee. Overall a great place, and check in is super easy, and host is very responsive. Would stay again!

Mother day weekend

Took my mom and my boys to St. Augustine for the weekend. Had a blast! This house is perfect! Great location. Can walk everywhere in the historic district. Close to great restaurants. I look forward to going back and I would stay here again.

Great location and porch

Location was fantastic and easy to get to everything around town either by foot or by the trolley line. The balcony porch is fantastic and great for morning coffee or evening listening to the live music next door. We enjoyed it

Charming, well equiped home

Very clean, homey, nicely decorated. Has the typical old-home quirks: steep narrow stairs, slanted floors. step-up into bathroom a bit of a trip hazard. Great deck with a breeze very relaxing (could use a furniture upgrade). The music at the next door pizza place is very loud but stops around 9:30pm. The music played was enjoyable until they started kerioke - or the band had really bad singers. It drove us back inside but that didnt block out the sound. The main road below is noisy but the house feels private so it wasnt bad. Beds and bedding very comfy, nice kitchen. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this isnt your place. But if you have a group of 4 people that are looking for space and an uptown location, its a great spot. A number of unique shops - and LuLu's Bakery below - are in immediate area.

Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful time here for my birthday. I love St Augustine and enjoyed sharing it with my family this year. The house is located in walking distance to all the attractions. Loved doing the walking ghost tour and the fountain of youth. Again all within easy walking distance. The house is very spacious and the front balcony is wonderful. Enjoyed sitting out listening to the live music next door.

Great family vacation spot

We stayed there for a long weekend. The location was great and within walking distance of most of what we wanted to do. It’s a real quick drive to Vilano Beach. You also get the smell of cupcakes from the bakery in the entry staircase in the morning. One thing of personal preference worth noting is that the pizza place next door did have live music until between 9-10 in the evening. My youngest enjoyed listening to the music from the balcony, but I could see that not being ideal for those who have really young kids or who go to bed early.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

The apartment was a great location to walk into the historic district or to the Ripleys Museum, fort area. Convenient to get to beaches by car as well. The unit was comfortable - the master BR bed was very comfortable. They provided soaps, towels, linens, dishwasher soap. The kitchen was well appointed. A couple of the frying pans could use replacement. The alley and driveway are tight, but I was able to get my large vehicle (Ford Expedition) in and out no problem.

Best Vrbo ever

This place was amazing! From the adorable interior to the proximity to downtown to the waking up to the smell of cupcakes (the dogs even licked the bathroom wall) I never wanted to leave. It was by far the best vacation spot we ever stayed in.

Our awesome trip to St. Agustine

From beginning to end just a fabulous experience. The house is adorable and very comfortable. We only drove once to go to the beach. Everything else was a nice walk into downtown. The girls next door at Scoops were so sweet and sold delicious ice cream. I had to go back a second day actually it was so yummy. The cupcakes at Lulis were equally delicious. Can't wait to return to St. Augustine. One of the best vacations ever. Gorgeous historic buildings and great shops.

We enjoyed the balcony especially during the down pour! the beaches were only a short drive and so so awesome! watching the surfers was the best. Super short walk to the Fort! pretty great location! We would stay there again!

Great Vacay with Family

This is a very nice and extremely clean garden home. The kitchen setup & utensils, etc. were more then enough. Brought my own just in case, but didn’t need to use. Beds were very comfy. My only negative was the alleyway leading to the property. Very narrow and also needed some TLC. Grass needed cutting and weeds pulled. However , the property itself was very well groomed. Overall, for the price was great!!
