Welcome to Florida Daydreamin’, our charming St. Augustine Beach condo at Ocean Villas! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this ocean view location offers a comfortable retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on one of two private balconies, watching the sunrise paint the sky in beautiful colors. Best of all, you can bring your dog (less than 30 pounds, pet fee $100) to enjoy the beach with you!

Inside you'll find two stories of tastefully decorated interior with tons of coastal charm. The living space is designed to capture the essence of seaside living, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the master king bed with a brand new mattress, then wake up to ocean views from your bedroom. The comfortable second bedroom features one twin and one full bed, and for your convenience, we have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Hello! Although the weather did not cooperate for our trip, our accommodations certainly did! We loved our welcome basket and the clear instructions from our host on how to access our keys, car passes and information. The condo was wonderful and the ocean view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. The onsite pools were just a few steps away, as well the resort’s private beach access. We walked to Fiesta Falls for Mini golf and ice cream. There were so many extras to make anyone feel at home and to help if you forgot anything (small dog crate, beach chairs, toys, baby chair, beach towels, garbage bags, etc.). We loved our stay and looking forward to visiting again soon!

Ocean Villas is a well maintained condo group. The landscaping is beautiful on the property. The pools were well kept with nice chairs and umbrellas. It was very easy to walk to the beach and we enjoyed much of our time there. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed for a complete vacation, small appliances in the kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs worked great in all rooms. It was decorated nicely. The check in was super simple and the owner checked in with us to ensure we were happy. We highly recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

The check in process was well organized, and straightforward. The owners communicate every step of the process beforehand so there really are no unanswered questions. The home was clean and the view from the master bedroom balcony is gorgeous!!The pool and beach are a short walk away! We enjoyed our week very much! Im ready to go back!

Great location

Although the condo is showing its age a bit I would still highly recommend it for the following reasons:The hosts are fantastic I appreciated the view from the upper level The proximity to the beach and pools was very good. The grounds are well kept with grassy areas for kids to play. The condo was spotless and well equipped.

Family vacay

This was our 7th stay at ocean villas. We love the property, pool, beach. The unit was nice. Third floor balcony does have good ocean views. Our only issues were two of the outlets in the kitchen wouldn’t work (kept trying the reset button but just had to move stuff around) and to dry clothes, you had to run it twice. It would be nice if there were more towels, but that’s not a biggie. Overall nice stay even with a hurricane.

Great beach vacation!!

Wow!! We loved everything about our stay at this condo! The pools were great and both just a short walk from the condo. The beach was an easy, beautiful walk from the condo also! There were lots of beach toys for us to use! We love going to old town, which was only a 10ish minute drive. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this host was by far the most accommodating and responsive. I wouldn’t change a single thing! We have 2 boys, 10 and 13, and they loved it too! Can’t wait to come back and stay in this awesome place!

Ocean Villas 41 - Fantastic!

Great property, well maintained. Convenient location, close to the beach and pools. Great view of the ocean from the top balcony. Hosts and property managers were very communicative. Only thing to improve would be to add more towels and washcloths. With a family of four we were washing towels every day. Otherwise, no issues!

Perfect Spot

My daughter and I enjoyed our time here. Location was great, location to the beach was perfect. Beautiful grounds. Loved the decor of the place. Lots of great restaurants and historic downtown was so close and great place to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to our questions or needs.

We loved staying here! The 2 balconies were a bonus, although we spent every morning and evening from the top balcony. So beautiful! Clean, easy access and felt safe! Property was beautiful and the walk to the beach was a breeze! Loved having a washer and dryer and beach supplies. Will recommend!

Lovely condo, condo complex, and beach!

We loved our week in St Augustine! Such a beautiful beach, pleasant property, easy walk to the beach, chill vibe all around! The condo is nice, clean... great to have beach supplies, washer/dryer, cute decor... beds not super comfortable but great place to stay overall!
