This beautifully renovated second-floor condo is just steps from the pool and the beach. Nestled in the charming St Augustine Beach community, it’s a mere two-block stroll to the sandy shores and sparkling water.
Newly updated with stylish furniture and fresh linens, this condo offers a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy full-size bed with plush linens, and the shared bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer.
The community pool and beach are just a short walk away. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining in, or you can take a leisurely walk along A1A Beach Blvd to explore the nearby restaurants. Begin your mornings with a sunrise beach walk or coffee on the deck. With beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and two TVs included, this condo is close to all the attractions St Augustine Beach has to offer. Start creating unforgettable memories today!

Newly furnished Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, beach buggy for the short walk to the beach. Dog friendly with $200 pet fee under 45lbs.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about 1/4 mile away!
