Very nice place, we were very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It’s bright and cheery inside with a great open concept with good flow. Perfect for 2 people. LOVE how close the beach is!! Just a short walk. St Augustine Beach is huge with few people. Very nice for walking every day. The historic district is awesome! We had a couple of VERY minor issues with a drain and smoke detector, both addressed by host. We would, and hopefully will, book there again.

This place was just as described and perfect for the two of us. In a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the beach & within walking distance to restaurants. It's a 1 bedroom apartment, but spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, with ample closet space to store our suitcases, clothes and whatever else we brought with us. It had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked for meals. There were plenty of towels provided, along with hotel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. A wagon with beach chairs, umbrella and other beachy things was available to use, although we brought our own, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clean and well kept. I would love to stay here again when we come to St Augustine again.

The apartment is beyond adorable with beach decor and has a nice size kitchen. Parking in the back. It was myself and my college age kids who thought the apartment was great. The place is in a great neighborhood walking distance from the beach. We loved that the owners had beach chairs, umbrella, cart etc. It was an easy walk to the beach.We played the games that the owners had and watched TV on the large screen in the evenings.Drive into Downtown was less than 10 minutes. Honestly there is no need to go to Downtown since there are grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, bowling, etc and plenty to do in the area. We did go to Downtown to do all the tourist related activities. The Castillo, Lighthouse, St George’s Street - definitely must go into downtown at least once.The apartment is in a perfect spot and had plenty of towels and blankets. Wifi is great! Laundry within the apartment. Nothing negative at all! Loved it so much and definitely will be back. Stayed for a long weekend and felt more relaxed than ever.Thank you for making our stay extremely pleasant!Cy

GETAWAY EXCELLENCE

We stayed on C street actually twice this month! We live in Jacksonville beach but need getaway time to “check out” from the work life. These places have provided us with such good time and opportunity to unwind. Everything Kristy has done with their properties is so first class. All amenities and immaculate cleanliness. And for a very very fair price and please don’t read this and raise rates! Hahaha. Thanks to her for being an amazing hostess. Can’t say enough about this and we hope there will always be a vacancy for us to getaway.

Property was located nice and close to the beach with good parking available. Room was overall nice but the bathroom was not super clean. There was hair in the shower and on the shower walls upon arrival. In the bedroom there was (hopefully) dog hair in the sheets. We opted for changing the sheets with the spare set in the closet and washed the ones previously on the bed. The fan in the bedroom was quite slow and did not provide a lot of air flow. There was a good amount of space in the closets and the laundry room was a good bonus with a washing machine and dryer. Overall, not a bad stay but would have been better if the cleanliness of the room was elevated and matched what was advertised.

Great location only 5 min walk to the beach and local food/drink. Very relaxing porch. The apartment had everything we needed. Also very dog and family friendly as we brought our pup and 4 month old.

Wonderful six weeks

We loved it. Very nice and clean. Incredible location, with five-minute walk to a beautiful, clean, dog-friendly ocean beach and many restaurants. Nicely landscaped yard and comfortable patio. Owners extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We've already reserved it for six weeks next year. Because we were there during some rainy days, it would have been nice to have a comfortable reading chair in addition to the couch. Highly recommend staying there.
