Summary:

Charming and recently renovated apartment in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Park your car and forget about it - every activity the city has to offer is right outside your front door! Amazing shops, restaurants and bars just steps away in every direction. When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind to a fully stocked and renovated 2br/1ba modern suite with a private courtyard.

The Space:

No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building - a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, flat screen TVs with cable in every room, etc.



PARKING: There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we do provide a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment). We have a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment and private courtyard.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips! Check out the drone photos to see how close we are to everything!



Getting Around:

There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we provide one parking pass for the Municipal Parking Garage (5 min walk) and the City of St. Augustine has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. Park your car and forget about it - everything is within walking distance! Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door (ask us for details). If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours.



Other Things to Note:

SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.



PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

Great location for walking but noisy at night with bands. Best thing is the Modern Rose cafe across the street, it’s absolutely amazing. Beds were a little too firm and noisy for us but not a show stopper. It’s not easy to drive to so you’ll have to maneuver through the one way streets to get to it. Hot tub was the biggest highlight, we loved it. Could use side tables by the beds and shower caddies for better convenience. It’s a good walk to the garage so consider the weather for walking to get your ride.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to everything! Just park your car in the garage and forget about it. Host supplies a free parking pass for the garage. Area and streets around the house were adorable. Host had easy directions to access the property and parking in the garage. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. So if you are looking for a cute place to just enjoy St. Augustine this is the place for you.

Perfect!

If you want more privacy than a B&B, this is the place. My wife and I spent a week here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The rooms were extremely neat and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer is convenient for longer visits. Location was close to all the downtown action. We are already planning on returning for our anniversary! Thank you!!

Cozy and great location!

This place was perfect for our stay! Family of 3 and we wanted a location we could walk to everything to see and eat. It was perfect and comfortable cozy atmosphere that felt welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

It was indeed within walking distance of everything!- they informed it has a keurig style coffee maker in Apt (which I don't like) so I purchased a keurig filter to put my own coffee in but it did not fit! it is not the typical keurig either so we had to find a market to purchase a normal coffee filter the first night (A Mr Coffee filter worked great- wish they had supplied but we did leave our purchase for the next guests!) The unit was small but do-able for 2 except for the musty smell- I have mold allergies so we also purchased some lysol spray at the market while there and it seemed to help somewhat. It is a very old building that was refurbished. it was our first time in St Augustine. altho a few disappointments with the apt...we had a nice time all together! We will probably check out other places to stay next time because of allergies to mold & general dislike of musty odors.

Cute Apartment in a Great Location

The location of this apartment is fantastic. You can walk to all the sites in old St Augustine. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The apartment is clean and cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent. Three of us were very comfortable and enjoyed our time staying here. We would definitely want to stay here again when we return to St. Augustine.

Listing policy: "Onsite parties or groups are strictly prohibited." "Our local team is also available to stop by if you need assistance." We booked two nights. Issue 1: Adjoining unit extremely loud music/ yelling/profanity/party late PM. Issue 2: faulty thermostat - no heat. We contacted host - no one willing to stop by to help with either issue. Unit looked clean, but there were bugs in the bathroom. We would not recommend.

Perfect Location!

This property was well maintained and clean! No parking on the property premise but the parking garage is a short walk and quite convenient. Property was well equipped with appliances and cooking needs. One suggestion would be to provide some keurig coffee to be brewed to accompany the individual sugars and creamers that were provided. Also, two light bulbs need replaced: outside porch and small lamp in entry.

PERFECT!!!!!!!

The location is perfect, literally one street from St. George Street. The absolute BEST property management company!!! That says a lot since we go on at least 3 VRBO vacations a year. (We are seniors so that's A LOT of vacations.) The unit was very clean and perfect for a couple. It was very comfortable and had everything one might need. We never eat in when in St. Augustine because there are too many awesome places to dine: The Colllage, Treylor Park, Roosevelt Room and Harry's Seafood Grill, to name a few. Thank you for such an excellent stay!
