Built in 1922, the home blends its original character with everyday comfort across two independent levels. Each floor features its own private entrance, living area, kitchen, and bathroom, allowing your group to enjoy shared moments while still having room to unwind. Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, each furnished with a queen bed and storage for longer stays. A pack ân play is available for guests traveling with young children.

Two full kitchens make mealtimes flexible, whether you gather upstairs, downstairs, or enjoy separate routines. Each kitchen includes the essentials needed for cooking and dining at home, along with a dining table that creates a natural place to start or end the day.

Washer and dryer access is available on both levels, located outdoors on the back porch of each unit. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with convenient amenities including an iron and hangers.

It is a 2 story duplex, with a separate downstairs unit and upstairs unit. They do not connect inside and there is no fire pit/ table on the property. Each unit has their own washer & dryer, but they are not in-unit as they are each located outside on the back porch.
This is renting the entire property, both the upstairs and downstairs units together, in which the backyard would then be private.
