The place is gorgeous. In a perfect location right off of A1. I loved how close it was to the beach and the hot tub. Also only 10 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine. The hosts were very attentive and there if we needed anything.

The host went above and beyond for us, and that was greatly appreciated. The property is simply amazing, and we would have stayed there much longer than we did if it had been available.The access was fantastic, and the interior was spacious and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of things to do if you were indoors. As a very keen baker, I found the kitchen to be a good space to work in and had plenty of items needed for a larger group than we had. I was surprised that some items, like a whisk, salt, pepper, and a sieve, were not to be found. However, there is a wonderful stove and oven that I was able to make full use of. This is definately a place I would return to.

6th Time At Property!

The property was, as usual, very nice with an excellent location. There are four of us older guys who have actually stayed here three times before it became a VRBO rental. We have always enjoyed our stay and hope to return for years to come. All of this being said, we did seem to run into a few miscommunication issues. When three of us arrived a little early we planned to eat across the street and hang out until the housecleaners were through with their work. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the car so went up to our rental unit and, finding the housecleaners in the unit, we asked if we could place our bags just inside the door. They were very nice and told us that would be fine. We did so and immediately left to go eat. When we got through eating we came back to our car in the condo parking lot with the intention to go in only after the housecleaners said it was ok to do so. After a while, they came down to the lot and said they were through and that it was fine for us to go on in. We did so and very shortly left to go for a walk on the beach. Later that evening, my wife Susan received a text from Lauren who was very concerned that Susan was not with us at the rental. I had been the one who set up the rental through VRBO for several years. The same group of us four guys have stayed there each year. I hope that nothing I did was too far out of line. We spend a lot of money through VRBO on a regular basis and would like to continue to do so.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Property is kept very clean! The best part of this condo is the location. Close walk to gorgeous beach and cute coffee shops/restaurants. The pool gets perfect sun during nap time. Great place to read a book and unwind. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Everything you need is available. We ended up eating out a lot and not cooking many meals in the condo. Host was super easy to contact and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Overall would recommend!

AMAZING RENTAL!

My family and I have been going to St. Augustine for years for vacation and we have stayed at a variety of rentals throughout the year. This particular property is the nicest, most accessible, beautiful place that we have ever stayed in. Just a perfect location and so easy to navigate. We hope to stay here for years to come.

we could not have been more disappointed. To be fair,,, the accommodations were wonderful.. spacious , clean, perfect, but we only booked it because we knew the ocean temp was going to be too cold to swim in. When we logged on to your site, the picture showed a beautiful pool and hot tub... I said we are booking this one!! When we got there, the pool was full of leaves, the hot tubwas cold, the grill is broken. When I got in touch with the person in charge, they said all of those things were handled by HOA.... and that there was some sort of turn on valve in the floor to turn the heat on for the hot tub. Since there were no directions about turning on the hot tub, and the thing in the floor didn't look at all fimiliar we were concerned about turning it on. When we went back and read the reviews, it turned out the people who stayed before us, said basically the same thing. The people who were staying on the 2nd floor said they stayed there last year and everything was not working then. The ad was very misleading and we are demanding a refund.

Inaccurate property description

I gave the property 3 stars because of the inaccurate property description. There is no usable grill and the hot tub was unavailable. While the hot tub works, the manager must turns it on and off remotely. They never admitted this and had me playing with a "magic" value on the floor that was suppose to turn on the hot tub for three days. I gave up fighting with the manager about trying to use the hot tub. They should have either charged an additional fee for using the hot tub in February or just said it was unavailable. Also, the hot tub and pool has a layer of grim on the walls that looks unsanitary. The condo is actually lovely and looks just like the pictures. Great location and walkability to bars, restaurants and the beach. My only knock on the condo is that they need to throw out all the scratch Teflon pans and pots, very unsafe. While the management company would respond immediately to any inquiry, I felt like I was communicating with an AI chat bot. All the responses were simplistic and unhelpful.

Great spot, accessible to everything.

We enjoyed having the beach just a block away. Drive into old Towne was quick and easy. Places to eat at a short walk from condo. Everything you need in the kitchen, and for a day at the beach, chairs and towels. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. There were six adults ages 62-70 in our group. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Picture Perfect condo in a wonderful location

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week and it was Perfect! In a great location, walkable to several restaurants and a coffee shop and doughnut shop! It was a short easy walk to the beach with 3 kids ages 10 months old, 2 years old and 4 years old. It was a quick walk back to the condo to put the 2 littles down for their naps. It also had a pool and a hot tub that were great and an elevator to the 3rd floor loved this place! to the condo.which was great with and easy getting everything go the room. The host Lauren was THE BEST!!!! Great communication and answered me quickly when I had questions! You will not be disappointed in this home away from home! The cutest decor and very comfortable beds!

Great Location!

The property and host made this an easy vacation. Great location and good food close by. Make sure to eat at Mango Mangos and get your ice cream from Coneheads. Both places are an easy walk from the condo. The beach access was a very close walk and not very crowded.

Great place as usual.

This is the 5th time our group of retiree friends have stayed at this property. Always enjoy it as its clean and near the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The pool wasn't in operation, but everything else was great!
