*This is above garage apartment located behind a multi-family home that is also rented.Â
*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be kept to a minimum at this time and all outside guests must vacate the property at this time (you will have full private access to the entire 2 bed/1 bath apt, no shared rooms)
*Window ac units are installed for heating and cooling inside the home. There is no central ac.
*Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is provided in the back of the home

Guests will have full access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment and balcony.
