• ONE FREE PARKING PASS is included with your stay for the Historic Downtown Parking Facility at 1 Cordova Street (approximately a 7-minute walk from the house). *Important* The parking pass does not guarantee a spot - parking is available on a first come, first serve basis (1,200 spots). Most of the time this is not an issue, with the exception of some major holiday events. More details will be provided before arrival.

• While downtown’s vibrancy is part of its charm, we provide earplugs and a sound machine for light sleepers to ensure a comfortable stay. The City of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday.

• This room is located on the first floor. Guests will need to climb one standard stair set to reach the exterior door on the front porch.
