Ce 2nd Floor Studio Plus est le seul du genre. Ce condo se trouve avoir le plus grand balcon de la propriĂ©tĂ©, ce n'est tout simplement pas directement en bord de mer. Lorsque vous profitez du plein air du grand balcon en bois, vous regardez le parking de la plage et vous pouvez toujours voir l'horizon de l'ocĂ©an au loin. Cette suite spacieuse dispose d'un grand matelas confortable Serta King. Dans le placard, il y a un lit pliant supplĂ©mentaire simple. Le canapĂ©-lit est idĂ©al pour se blottir et regarder un film sur le tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat de 48 ". Cette suite dispose d'une cuisine complĂšte avec des comptoirs en granit, une cuisiniĂšre avec four et un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. La salle de bain a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e, avec une nouvelle baignoire, une vanitĂ©, des toilettes et du carrelage. Nous pensons que cette efficacitĂ© de Studio spacieuse pourrait bien ĂȘtre l'endroit idĂ©al pour un couple ou une petite famille. (Les studios du 2Ăšme Ă©tage ne sont pas accessibles par les ascenseurs de la propriĂ©tĂ©, vous devez prendre des escaliers pour vous rendre au 2Ăšme Ă©tage) PAS D'ANIMAUX ADMIS

nice condo- but wouldn’t have a family bigger than 4 stay

We stayed for about a week in the condo. It’s on the opposite side from the entrance to the pool and beach. So there’s a trek down a set of stairs, up another set across the lot and then down the length of the building to beach/pool. The laundry and the ice Machine are on the 2nd and 3rd floors closest to this unit. Laundry is 2 per washing and 2 for drying. The dryer is mediocre and would’ve taken another cycle to properly dry the load that we washed but we didn’t want to pay another 2. The condo didn’t have any potholders to remove pans from the oven or a spatula- so we had to purchase as we didn’t bring our own. The balcony faces the parking lot of the building next to you and there is the pet walk and smoking section right beneath. Had I’d known this prior to booking I wouldn't have chosen it as I’m currently pregnant and have two small children. So we were limited on the balcony time as there were frequent smokers. I went To confirm what we needed to have done before we departed- clean dishes and gather trash. Everyday of our stay we had housekeeping knock on our door and provide fresh towels and took the trash. We were gone early Saturday and housekeeping had not come- which isn’t a problem except we wanted fresh towels and didn’t know where to put the trash. The woman at the desk was a little put off when I asked If we could get more towels and asked about the trash. The lady that did help me informed me that the lady didn’t know housekeeping came to take trash

Last time amazing, this time awful...

I stayed at the Beacher's Lodge several years ago, and the "room" I got was a full-sized one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom. It was modern, beautifully appointed, with sliding glass doors that opened right onto the beach. It was amazing. On the most recent stay, I made reservations that cost a LOT of money per night (VRBO will not allow me to show the dollar amounts paid!) and non-refundable because of a Daytona Beach event, but I paid the high price thinking that I was going to get similar accommodations as my previous stay at that cost. Boy, was I wrong on that one. The room was old and cramped, with a refrigerator that had rust on the outside of it, a toaster that didn't work, and an air conditioner that cooled the room but did not control humidity, so the tile floor always remained damp. The bathroom sink had a small leak in a pipe, so water dripped on the floor in front of the sink. The room quality reminded me of the type of room you would get at a no-name hotel on a rural highway. You know, I'm not the type to give bad reviews. I know that people have to make a living, and I sympathize with that, but I really liked this place the last time I stayed there, and this time was a real letdown. It will certainly affect any decision to consider staying there in the future.

Pictures are deceiving

While the place was clean there were a number of items I could complain about. Like the smell (very evident when the a/c was turned off). The A/C - set ridiculously low, but, my guess, was probably to mask the smells coming up through the drains and b/c it didn’t work otherwise. It was a cluster. Couldn’t adjust. Couldn’t turn off
unless unplugged. When turned off
the cover fell off - in the middle of the night. There weren’t any decent kitchen items. The screen to the balcony was damaged and wouldn’t stay on it’s tracks. I could go on. No need. A very expensive low-end beach condo. Won’t book again.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our long weekend staying at Crescent Beach. The property was clean and well-stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach, as well as the heated pool. The A/C worked well. Our only complaint was the bed - it was nice to have a king size bed, but the mattress is used and you can feel the springs in it. Other than that, we enjoyed the property!

Our first night the we stayed in a beautiful room with comfy king bed, but viewed the parking lot(that was a gold room). They grade their rooms from bronze to gold. We moved the second day to a room with a ocean view, which was marked gold By he bed was very hard & difficult to sleep. It should have been silver. The floors were covered with sand, the tub had soap scum, the tile on the kitchen counter was cracked. The finish in the edge of kitchen & bathroom cabinets were peeling. The screen door to a the patio barely stayed in the track when used zzz bathroom door needed a good wiping down. The morning manages, Patricia ( especially) and the other who I think her name was Joan was very nice & pleasant, however the evening shift was really rude & unpleasant. Before staying here I would request to see my room before paying and accepting a room.

No Frills, but Not Bad

Overall, the condo was affordable and okay for a short stay with two adults. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the linens were clean, and the couch and television area was pleasant. There was very little lighting, particularly in the kitchen, and there was no mirror other than the one over the bathroom sink. A full length mirror would be nice, especially if two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The window unit air conditioner was FILTHY with dust, but it functioned well. The drape that covers the sliding doors was also filthy and had a large hole in it.

Loved the decor and the balcony was wonderful. Can’t wait to stay here again💜 The maid service on the other hand was horrible. They made the bed once in 6 days and never even came 2 of the days. There was a person’s shirt at the head of the bed. They weren’t very thorough when cleaning. Just a recommendation, the door to the bathroom swings toward the toilet, the room is so tiny that you can’t stand in front of the toilet to close the door,, you might want to put it on the other side of the door frame so it swings into the sink area. It will give the toilet/shower area more room. Right now the door frame is separated from the wall from people using it to lean on getting off the toilet. They won’t be able to do that if it is on the other side.

Convenient with ocean view

The place is located right on the beach and just a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine. The room is older but had everything you’d need for a short stay. The bed was actually very comfortable. Minimal sink space for the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready. The floor of the bathroom was dirty with hair so I had to sweep when we first got there and this made me feel the room was not clean. Had it been cleaner, I would’ve rated it higher. Nothing fancy but great location, large balcony, and ocean view.

Great location

Excellent location! Can't beat it for the price... we could see the ocean from the deck. Very nice pool as well. Comfortable bed. The condo itself is in need of some repairs, toilet runs continuously, lights don't work in the kitchen, etc. Also the kitchen isn't as week appointed as other condos we've previously rented: only 2 forks, no large bowl for salad or popcorn. But for the price we felt it was a good value and would rent it again. Oh, and excellent staff!! Very kind and helpful.
