Soft Atlantic breezes drift through open balconies as the sound of waves sets an easy rhythm for your days in North Vilano Beach. Morning light glints off the water, and by evening you’re unwinding with the ocean just steps away. Here, coastal calm and the charm of historic St. Augustine come together in one thoughtfully arranged retreat.

The Space
This entire property includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - giving your group room to gather while still enjoying privacy. Each home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms across the property. Spread over three levels, the two houses are connected by inviting outdoor areas and share an easy, flowing layout ideal for up to 12 guests. An elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - supports convenient movement throughout the homes.

Outdoor Living
At the center of the property, a private outdoor saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off in the Florida sunshine. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies create inviting spots to take in both partial ocean view and pool view, whether you’re sipping a drink in the afternoon breeze or easing into a quiet coastal evening. With the shoreline just steps away, beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - make spontaneous beach days effortless. A grill and outdoor dining area provide space to gather and share relaxed meals together.

Kitchen & Dining
Each house includes a full kitchen and dedicated dining area, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. The layout allows for shared dinners, casual breakfasts, or separate spaces if your group prefers flexibility. With two kitchens across the property, hosting and gathering feel seamless.

Comfort & Convenience
Air conditioning, Heating, and ceiling fans keep the homes comfortable year-round. A 50 inch HDTV, Wifi, and a Dedicated workspace provide entertainment and connectivity when needed. Washer and Dryer access, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a Keypad add ease to longer stays. Free driveway & garage parking on premises - 3 spaces - ensures convenient arrivals and departures.

Home safety features include a Smoke alarm, Fire extinguisher, and First aid kit. The property also features a Private entrance for added privacy.

Located in the peaceful North Vilano Beach area, you’re just moments from the ocean and a short drive from St. Augustine’s restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. Additional Information
The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed. This two-house retreat blends shared gathering spaces with private accommodations, creating a comfortable setting for your time by the Atlantic.

Convenient to downtown St Augustine

Our stay was nice and quiet. The location was convenient to downtown St Augustine. Only problem we had was that someone (assuming the last guests) put dirty kitchen utensils, pan, and flatware in the drawers and cabinets like they were clean, which was not cool.

Buyer beware

We had MULTIPLE issues during our stay. Most remained unresolved during our stay. The management company was made aware of these issues. I have contacted them since returning because I don’t feel our stay was worth the 14K price (about 3K over normal because we went the week of July 4). I sent a very detailed email one week ago and I haven’t received ANY response. Crickets. Just know that you are paying for what you get-regardless of whether or not everything is in working order, clean, and properly stocked.

Convenient beach access with fun pool

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The building is new and had lots of space for our family. The location had very convenient beach access, and the beach wasn't very busy giving us plenty of space to spread out. The pool was a lot of fun, with a very shallow end for the kids. Publix is just down the road, and St. Augustine is just across the bridge. Elevators made it easy to bring up items to the third floor kitchen. We had only a few complaints. There were several maintenance issues (loose faucet, broken toilet roll holders, broken microwave, broken ice machine, loose oven panel, broken boat garage door, etc). The management company was very responsive, but not all were easily fixed. The house is a bit of a maze. Finally, it is beside a busy road (cars at 40mph or so), with louder traffic noise at night than I expected. This also made crossing the road a bit tricky, but we never had to wait long. Overall, our family had a lot of fun in this house.

Multi family fabulous

When it comes to multiple family members and their personalities this separate living situation worked perfect! However, cleanliness is not the property’s motto. The hot tub was cold and the main kitchen was on the 3rd floor causing us to have to bring everything down either to the pool or 2nd floor deck. No entry to the pool from the south side unless you left the house completely. The garage door along with a few other important things were “broken” which properly management failed to inform us. Location was great, with quick access across a busy street to the beach. Also 15 mins to anywhere in St. Augustine. Overall if the property management would get a new cleaning service, it’s a beautiful house. Will not rerent in the future.

Perfect for a large crowd.

We rented this VRBO because our daughter was getting married in downtown Saint Augustine. There were 14 of us who stayed at the property and it was absolutely phenomenal! We had so much space. We really really loved it. The location to the beach is perfect. It’s a quick ride to the grocery store and there are several great restaurants nearby. The place is very spacious and each guest will have their own privacy.. We would definitely rent this place again!!! The property managers are very helpful.
