Gentle coastal light moves through the space, and the salt air hints at the beach just steps away. From balconies and patios to the poolside below, the property invites you to settle into the ease of North Vilano Beach.

Property layout and sleeping arrangements
The entire home encompasses two neighboring residences - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - reserved together for your stay. Across both spaces, you will find room for up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and a total of 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Each residence spans multiple levels and offers its own private entrance, giving groups the option to gather or enjoy quiet time as they prefer.

Movement and comfort
Elevator access connects the levels within each home, creating a comfortable flow for guests. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and essential bedroom and laundry amenities support both short visits and extended stays. Natural gathering spaces in each residence make it easy for everyone to come together without feeling crowded.

Outdoor living and the pool
Outdoor spaces are designed for moments near the water. The private outdoor saltwater pool is available all year, set beside the patio with views that include the coastline and pool area. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Balconies and patios offer additional places to unwind, read, or simply listen to the waves.

Kitchen and dining
Each home includes a full kitchen and dining area, giving your group flexibility for shared meals. With space designed for preparing and enjoying food together, you can easily coordinate breakfasts before heading to the beach or laid-back dinners after a day exploring St. Augustine.

Entertainment and connectivity
WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a 50 inch HDTV provide options for downtime or remote check-ins. Whether you are planning a relaxed movie night or need a quiet corner for a quick task, the setup supports both ease and convenience.

Arrival, parking, and pet-friendly features
Self check-in with a keypad offers a smooth arrival experience. Free driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles, with additional room for watercraft. This is a dog-friendly stay that welcomes dogs with pre-approval and additional fees.

Neighborhood
Set in North Vilano Beach, the property offers a quieter coastal atmosphere while remaining close to the historic charm, dining, and attractions of St. Augustine. The shoreline becomes part of your daily rhythm here, whether you prefer peaceful morning walks or evenings spent enjoying ocean views from the balcony

Convenient to downtown St Augustine

Our stay was nice and quiet. The location was convenient to downtown St Augustine. Only problem we had was that someone (assuming the last guests) put dirty kitchen utensils, pan, and flatware in the drawers and cabinets like they were clean, which was not cool.

Buyer beware

We had MULTIPLE issues during our stay. Most remained unresolved during our stay. The management company was made aware of these issues. I have contacted them since returning because I don’t feel our stay was worth the 14K price (about 3K over normal because we went the week of July 4). I sent a very detailed email one week ago and I haven’t received ANY response. Crickets. Just know that you are paying for what you get-regardless of whether or not everything is in working order, clean, and properly stocked.

Convenient beach access with fun pool

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The building is new and had lots of space for our family. The location had very convenient beach access, and the beach wasn't very busy giving us plenty of space to spread out. The pool was a lot of fun, with a very shallow end for the kids. Publix is just down the road, and St. Augustine is just across the bridge. Elevators made it easy to bring up items to the third floor kitchen. We had only a few complaints. There were several maintenance issues (loose faucet, broken toilet roll holders, broken microwave, broken ice machine, loose oven panel, broken boat garage door, etc). The management company was very responsive, but not all were easily fixed. The house is a bit of a maze. Finally, it is beside a busy road (cars at 40mph or so), with louder traffic noise at night than I expected. This also made crossing the road a bit tricky, but we never had to wait long. Overall, our family had a lot of fun in this house.

Multi family fabulous

When it comes to multiple family members and their personalities this separate living situation worked perfect! However, cleanliness is not the property’s motto. The hot tub was cold and the main kitchen was on the 3rd floor causing us to have to bring everything down either to the pool or 2nd floor deck. No entry to the pool from the south side unless you left the house completely. The garage door along with a few other important things were “broken” which properly management failed to inform us. Location was great, with quick access across a busy street to the beach. Also 15 mins to anywhere in St. Augustine. Overall if the property management would get a new cleaning service, it’s a beautiful house. Will not rerent in the future.

Perfect for a large crowd.

We rented this VRBO because our daughter was getting married in downtown Saint Augustine. There were 14 of us who stayed at the property and it was absolutely phenomenal! We had so much space. We really really loved it. The location to the beach is perfect. It’s a quick ride to the grocery store and there are several great restaurants nearby. The place is very spacious and each guest will have their own privacy.. We would definitely rent this place again!!! The property managers are very helpful.
