`Beach Therapy` Oceanfront Home

Welcome to `Beach Therapy`, This stunning 5-bed, 4-bath home offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views. Completely renovated in 2023 with new furniture, panoramic ocean views. An oceanfront paver porch for entertaining guests. Situated conveniently between downtown St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, Whether you prefer exploring the historic charm of St. Augustine or indulging in the luxurious amenities of Ponte Vedra, this location offers the best of both worlds.

Recently 100% renovated in March 2024. Everything was of March, from the furniture to the pots and pans in the kitchen. We call this one `Beach Therapy`. Three stories: FIRST FLOOR Scenic sit down area, Kitchenette for that easy access to the beach, 1 large bedroom with two Queen Size beds, Full bathroom and 76 x20 foot rear patio deck with patio furniture . SECOND FLOOR, 76 foot area with incredible oceanfront views. This area consist of a very large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large living room with a huge wall unit and TV, west side sit down area , very large bathroom and facing the beach a huge 76 ft. side to side outdoor balcony . THIRD FLOOR: 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master with in suite master bath, walk-in closet, Kind size bed, Bedroom 2 king size bed, bedroom 3, King Size bed and bedroom 4 King beds. In addition one large bathroom with another full bath in the second floor. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space to accommodated 12 quests

All of it! except a small owner`s closet and the garage which is only for beach provided toys such as beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue etc

Beautiful home right on the ocean. Amazing views from every room. Tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy beds and plenty of linens. Everything we needed to cook meals for 8. Plenty of space to spread out as well as space for togetherness! Responsive host and property manager. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook.

This is a beautiful property, very well equiped with everything you need for a weekend getaway to the beach. House was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us, our 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws. and new grandson. Easy drive in to St. Augustine and great to be able to walk outside to the beach. Armando made sure we had everything we needed. WIll stay again if we are in the area!

Amazing view!! It is a beautiful home and well appointed. It was a great set up for days on the beach, cocktails, wine and making dinners. Living room was perfect for watching sports and playing games. We had a great time and want to visit again.

Truly is a place for “Beach Therapy”!!!! There is everything you need for the beach already there at the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Armondo and Kevin are great to deal with!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly spacious—plenty of room for our entire family (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 5 kiddos) to relax, make memories and enjoy the time together. Waking up to ocean views and having direct beach access with everything we could need made our vacation truly special. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable and memorable stay. We had a great family vacation at Beach therapy!!!! We had multiple families and there was plenty of room for everyone!!! The main level was amazing and the perfect place to hangout and enjoy wonderful views of the ocean!!! Backyard is the beach!!! House was well stocked with towels, beach toys and kitchenware! Spectacular Sunrises and Perfect Location!

The property was exactly as advertised and the owner and property manager could not have been more responsive. Property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Spectacular sunrises every morning, 24 hr "white noise" in the form of rolling waves right outside our windows, wildlife, a quick drive into Saint Augustine, etc. Just a great location right on the water (which is very important to us) and a great patio to enjoy the warmth of the sun and the beach. Perfect property for small to medium sized groups.

Wonderful time at beach therapy

This is our third time staying at an Armando property and second time staying at Beach Therapy. It did not disappoint! The house was ready early and smelled clean and fresh! Some new amenities were added including more / larger beds, tvs in rooms, armchair in master, which rounded out the rooms. Great location to St Augustine, Vilano Beach, etc. We were a 3 generation family and had a wonderful, relaxing, fun time. We will surely be back!
