The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are 7 beds available for guests. You will also have a full kitchen, dining room, game room, laundry room and outdoor seating area by the pool and hot tub.

You will have plenty of parking for everyone. You will have a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.

Note: We offer a selection of bikes and beach gear rentals—including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, cornhole and umbrellas—to make your stay even more enjoyable. Please inquire about available items and rental costs prior to check-in.

Cute quiet neighbor across the road from the beach! Its just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the beautiful St Augustine Beaches!

There is one bedroom (bedroom #1) downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. There is a locked door downstairs between the house and the outside pool area for safety. The pool is heated. We provide beach towels however we do not have beach toys or chairs available.

Please note: The pool heater and spa run on a schedule. The pool heater will be set to heat for the majority of the day and the spa will turn on to heat at 7 pm until midnight. Adjustments to the schedule can be made for different preferences. Pool heating is available from October 1 through May 1 and is weather dependent.

Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren`t sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they`re most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.

🐾 Pet Policy:
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

The house is spacious, plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have their own space. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our day was in March and the weather was chilly for a couple of days. It would’ve been nice if the hot tub worked more hours than between 7 and 12 PM.The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. Jaimie is a great host and very commutative. I highly recommend renting the items that are in the garage. There are bikes, beach chairs, wagons pretty much everything you need.Thank you for a great place to stay

Great house in nice neighborhood!

My friends and I stayed here for our Spring Break trip and the house was amazing. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and it is a short walk to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants around and it is short drive from downtown St. Augustine!

Nice place for a getaway

Our kids had fall break so we wanted to get out of town and enjoy some time in St. Augustine for the weekend. We had a great time here and the set up of the house was very good to entertain teenagers while allowing time to relax for adults.

Beautiful home! Excellent communication with homeowner! We had a group of six adults and three children, the pool and hot tub received endless use! The beach a quick, three minute drive away.

Great beach vacation with bikes

We enjoyed our stayed the pool and bikes were a great addition. Was a fun long term stay beach is about 15 min walk 5 min bike ride we were thrilled that they had a bike attachment for young kids as we had multiple staying in the house. Beach is beautiful nice quiet area so not overcrowded. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is bring beach towels as there are none available at the house.

Jamie was awesome ! The house was left so clean for us upon arrival. We were able to enjoy our time there even with bad weather in the area for the weekend. Anything we needed, Jamie was certain to respond quickly! We would recommend staying at her properties anytime you’re in the area!

Beautiful Property with Everything You Need

Our family stayed here for a couple of nights so the grandchildren could enjoy the beach. The property is beautiful, clean, fully stocked, and it’s tucked away in a safe neighborhood. A pool table, a ping pong table, games, swimming pool, and lots of televisions made it fun for everyone. It isn’t a long walk to the beach but you do have to cross over a two lane road. The beach is wonderful! Great place!!

Great accommodations!

Well appointed house has everything you might need! So refreshing to go to a VRBO and actually have a few spices/ paper towel/ toilet paper/ face cloths/ enough towels! These are the things that make a difference between a place that works and a place that makes you feel at home. The beds have nice linens and comfy beds and pillows. Great communication from the host- Jaimie. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous Family Time in Wonderful Home!

We traveled with our adult kids, their partners & my mother-in-law. This home was incredible at meeting & exceeding our needs & wants. Everyone had their own bedroom and there are enough bathrooms for all to share. Both the upstairs & pool area provided plenty of room for all to enjoy & interact. Walked the gorgeous beach every day! Would rent this home again & again!

Awesome vacation

Wonderful property and such a huge pool! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Nice that game room had a mini split AC to keep everyone cool. The only drawback was the difficulty in walking to beach. However public beach parking was only a 3 minute drive away. Owner Jaimie was an amazing host with quick answers to all of our questions. Thanks so much Jaimie for an awesome vacation!
