Welcome to Beach Haven!

  Escape to this family friendly beach rental located in the Windswept Acres neighborhood of Crescent Beach. Our sunny little beach house is surrounded by locals and only a short walk to beach for surf or the IntraCoastal for a sunset stroll, this will quickly become a favorite! 

Once you step inside from the covered porch you will instantly feel relaxed. The living areas have several seating options great for reading, conversation or a family game night. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the large screen TV and catch a romantic movie. There are three bedrooms which provide the perfect place to dream of the next days adventure. Guest bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen size bed. Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is easily accessible to bedrooms and living rooms. Our 2nd guest bedroom has a a full size mattress plus trundle for the kiddos. The Master Retreat features a King size bed, its own private bathroom with full size shower and dual vanities.  

Ready to cook up the days fresh catch? Thats a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen which has all the essentials needed for meal prep. Don't forget about the grill on the back veranda, which has not only has outdoor seating with umbrellas but is a fully fenced yard perfect for the kids or furry friends to run around in and let off some steam. Housed in our backyard shed is the bikes and beach accessories we encourage you to use while here visiting! 

There is an additional pet fee, please let us know - Pet fee $200.00. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

** Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

We love this property and keep coming back. Lots of room and our dogs have a nice fenced yard. Always know we’ll have a consistently nice place to stay. Perfect location close to beach and short drive downtown. Great owner and mgmt!

Very clean and relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the backyard was nice for our little dogs, and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was convenient to going to the beach if we chose to and darn near everything else we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Beach rental

This place made me feel like I was at home! Everything was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels including beach towels. The big back yard was great for our dog to run around. We used the chairs and buggy from the shed at the beach which is a short walk down the street. The beach was not crowded at all, but groceries and restaurants were close. From the easy check in/out to the great location, this place was perfect!

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The house was a comfortable size with a nice yard for relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily the best we’ve had on any trip—which made a big difference after long days out. The showers had strong water pressure and stayed consistently warm, which was a big plus.The yard was spacious, though the grass could have used a trim before our arrival as the bahiagrass was a bit high. The fenced yard was mostly secure, with a few patched areas. We did have to block the gate since our pup quickly found a spot where he could stick his head under, but it was manageable.Overall, a cozy, pet-friendly home that made for a restful and enjoyable getaway!

Happy and disappointed

The house was perfect. Very comfortable there and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean as well. Location to beach misrepresented. The picture showing beach entry is not a true picture and you have to cross the main highway. Specifically asked about the grill as the majority of the food I was bringing was for a grill. It was completely rusted and 2 of the 3 burners were collapsed and the other burner would only be about 1/8th of an inch on high. Had to buy a mini charcoal grill just to cook on a grill. When I checked in there was a pile of dead yard refuse against the fence . The landscaper showed up 4 days later and still never removed it.

Loved it!

This was a perfect little beach cottage for a relaxing beach vacation. Loved the fenced in yard for our labs and the back deck was so quiet and ideal to do yoga in the morning facing the nature behind the house. Short walk to the beach and the intercoastal. We also really enjoyed the usage of the bicycles. The artwork and decorations in the house were nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. House was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities. Our dog loved the yard and we all enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

My husband and I traveled with our dog and our daughter and her family. The accommodations were as expected per the listing and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items supplied for our visit. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and the nearby park was a plus.
