****PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BESIDE TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS. PROPERTY HAS A SEWER GRINDER THAT GETS BLOCKED WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS EASILY. IF IT GETS CLOGGED OUR PLUMMER CHARGES 600 DOLLARS TO FIX WHICH WE WILL HAVE TO ADD TO THE ACCOMMODATION CHARGE****



Pool Rules:



* ⁠Please store outdoor furniture cushions (in container beside the pool) after use at night or if it starts raining to keep them dry and clean. When you arrive you will find all the cushions in the outdoor container.

* ⁠Do not use any glass or ceramic glasses or plates, or anything breakable in the pool or pool deck.

* Do not eat in the pool.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re known for being super responsive hosts, our goal is always to make sure you’re having an amazing and comfortable stay.



You can reach us 24/7 through text or the Airbnb chat. If it’s late at night, we may be asleep, but rest assured we’ll reply as soon as we wake up. For true emergencies, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.



Since we usually manage things remotely, you won’t see us around in person. The only exception would be if we need to send someone for a quick repair, and in that case, we’ll always coordinate with you first.
