Conveniently located to ALL THINGS COOL in St. Augustine Beach, discover a place so serene that your laughter can be carried all the way down a golden sand beach by a warm breeze. Home to historic architecture, a majestic, cloud-piercing lighthouse, and even a fortress of past civilizations. A mystical island where can zipline over alligators, sip local spirits, and dive ancient sunken ships. Down here, we have a special brand of kicking back and relaxing. For the COLDEST beer on the beach, go to Sunset Grille. Order the House Salad and the Gypsy Chicken at Gypsy Cab. Get a Citrus Basil Martini at Blackfly and the TUNA! No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
