This condo is an ocean front, 3rd floor, and corner unit with awesome views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony and both bedrooms. This unit has upgraded bathrooms, kitchen appliances, Keurig, and full size washer/dryer in the unit.
Located in the beach front St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 in the 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and family room have flat screen TVs. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this third floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has two swimming pools (one pool is heated during the winter months), four tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and five hot tubs.

The view was absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony and just listening to the ocean. I loved the convenience of beach chairs and beach towels being right in the room. Very clean and well equipped condo with a fantastic view of St Augustine Beach and many amenities within the complex. Rob and Jane gave us great restaurant recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed and they are very efficient in answering any questions you have. I love the fact that they leave things like dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea and snacks etc to get you going before you visit the grocery store if needed, this is such a nice touch. Absolutely perfect!

Rob & Jane provided timely communication which allowed me time to request a parking pass. The check-in and check-out instructions were super clear and easy. I was impressed with how clean everything was which was a huge relief and allowed me to enjoy my stay as stress-free as possible. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. I even took a peak to see what type of mattress it was so I could remember the next time we need to mattress shop.The location was perfect! Such a short and easy walk directly to the beach. Rob & Jane provided beach chairs so we didn't have to buy our own. We toured the historic section of St. Augustine, went to the Fountain of Youth, visited the Alligator Farm/Zoo, played mini-golf, had fantastic seafood, watched dolphins from the balcony every morning, took many walks along the beach, went to the pool. It was absolutely perfect, exactly what our family needed.

Great Condo on the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful Beach Vacation

Our family absolutely loved our stay at St. Augustine beach! The condo we stayed at was beautiful and we woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean! We had only a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed spending our time there with our family. The area was family friendly and safe and the people were very friendly and nice. We were able to enjoy all of the activities our family loves from beachtime, to shuffleboard and pickleball games, to quick walks or short drives to local restaurants. The home we stayed at was clean, cozy and comfortable! Overall we had a wonderful, memorable experience!
