Easy check-in and checkout. There was more kitchen, pool, and beach supplies than expected. Pool was great. The beach was very calm and uncrowded. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Great pool. The king and queen beds were very comfortable. The only 2 downsides were that there was a missing outlet cover in the living room and the twin beds were horrible uncomfortable for adults, would probably be fine for kids though.

The Best!

This property had no surprises! It is as beautiful and comfortable as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the location to the beach, restaurants and attractions is fabulous! Sunshine Realty did an excellent job of providing information and responding to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend in St. Augustine

My son goes to Flagler so we came up to spend the weekend and take in Nights of Lights. The location for us was perfect. You have to drive to get to downtown but being near St. Augustine beach was so nice. Much quieter, less traffic and the beach was just a quarter mile walk. We could hear the ocean as soon as we stepped out of the house. Everything was clean and all necessary amenities were provided. The pool was warm and the side yard was great for our dog. Will definitely consider staying here again, maybe for graduation!

Hurricane grade

Hurricane Milton has nothing on the Coastal Cabana! The Sunshine Realty group came & placed tarp covers over the windows & we felt safe throughout the storm. The house was well stocked with kitchen pots & pans. It was clean & someone even came to clean the pool while we were there. Highly recommend!

Costal Cabana

Great space walking distance (about 8 minutes) from the beach. Quiet Neighborhood. The home had all the basic amenities needed for a group of adults. The fenced in pool area was wonderful, having the doggie door was a perfect touch. I would mention there is a gorgeous bird that lives next door that can be loud. The bird wasn't a bother to us, but I could see how a dog or baby may not be a fan. The sliding door to the lanais was hard to open and close, but otherwise we had no complaints about the home. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Quiet beach neighborhood with perfect pool

Great location, a quick walk to the beach. The property was clean and the pool was perfect size for our family. The property is also ideal if you want to bring your dog. We recommend this house for families that want to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool.

Coastal Cabana

We stayed from august 6th thru 10th. The house was beautiful. It had alot of space for the family. The walk to the beach was a little less than half mile but they provide beach carts to use so that helps. It was clean and the keyless access was great. The pool was great full sun but had a cabana so that was used quite a bit. We will stay here again for sure.

Cabana is key!

We love this house! We have stayed in the neighborhood before and love it! The house has everything you need! The cabana by the pool was so nice to have to escape the sun but still be outside! The walk to the beach isn't bad especially with the wagons the house provides! Enjoy your stay!
