Great location with the following plus'- close to the pool- pet friendly - lots of vacation toys (bikes, beach toys, etc)- close to mini golf- has a garage- close to restaurants A few things could be improved- Bed in the primary bedroom needs a better mattress- Insufficient means of disposing of trash, no dumpster either. - Could use a few more sets of bathroom towels.

Having to decide between a moldy shower or a rusty shower, should not be a thing. This unit desperately needs a good cleaning and some caulk at the barest of minimums. Seriously, the amount of dust and grime on the fan chain over the dining room table was excessive. That happened over many, many years of not being cleaned. It is only a two star because of the use of pool and the location to the beach.

Property is well kept. Location is great. It would be nice to have a ramp instead of stairs for beach access. Difficult to bring carts up and down the stairs.

Property and condo was absolutely amazing. Location to nearby areas and the beach was awesome. Condo was spotless and had everything you needed in case you forgot something. Would definitely come back again to this property!

Beautiful location, wonderful time!

Overall, our stay was very pleasant & comfortable. We loved that it is pet friendly! When we first arrived, in the evening, the A/C did not work & the upstairs bath was clogged. We notified the property manager the next morning & both were in working order the same day. The only complaint is that, from the photos, we thought there was a bathroom insuite with the Master Bedroom. But we easily adjusted our routines & everything worked out fine. The walk to the beach was very short. I do recommend asking the building manager fix the end of the boardwalk as there is a large gap between it & the ground making the transition very difficult. The beach access was very beautiful & not crowded at all. We had a wonderful time enjoying the sun & the ocean each day! And the location of the condo was accessible to plenty of activities & great food choices!! We would stay here again!

Great Condo next to the beach!

Relaxing getaway

Exceptional rental. It was a turn key place, there was nothing we wanted for. Even provided bikes and water toys, beach towels. Everything you might need. There was plenty to do or just chill like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

A great stay!

The condo was incredibly clean! Updated very nicely, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and sofas. Had everything we could need including beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The location is perfect! Just a hair past all of the restaurants and stores so it's quiet but close enough to the action. The complex is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach! I have no complaints! We all had a wonderful stay!
