At the Community Centre you will find a gorgeous infinity pool with sundeck and a spacious bar area for recreational activities. Challenge yourself to a few bench presses at the gym. Let the kids play in the Kids Play Area and then take a quick drive to the beach a few minutes from the property.

Richmond Estate boasts a full-service Company Store which includes a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Deli. (Free Delivery of groceries and meal orders)

Enjoy a quiet and relaxing neighborhood only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Montego Bay, Sangster International Airport (MBJ) and approximately two hours from Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston (KIN).

Richmond Estates is located just off the North Coast Highway, approximately thirty minutes outside the Town of Ocho Rios, St. Ann and less than twenty minutes from the entrance to the North South Highway to Kingston.

This is an excellent community for walking around and enjoying all the amenities.

We encourage you to plan to have access to your own vehicle or to make arrangement for ground transportation to assist with tours and trips.

Many major car rental companies are located on the island. You may pick up a rental car at the airports or in any of the larger towns including Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. An Avis Rental Car location is in the Town of Ocho Rios. Bear in mind that in Jamaica vehicles are operated on the left side of the road.

Quick access to many major tourist attractions such as Chukka Cove, Green Grotto Caves, Seville Great House, Dolphin Cove, Dunn`s River Falls and Park, Mystic Mountain and the world-renowned Margaritaville Restaurant and Bar.
