Maison de luxe et récemment rénovée (mai 2017) dans un développement de cour calme. Magnifiquement aménagé au plus haut niveau.

La maison a une atmosphère chaleureuse distincte. Que vous ayez été pour une partie de golf, une longue promenade le long de la plage ou simplement une touche de shopping, vous trouverez la maison extrêmement confortable pour y revenir. Vous pourrez également découvrir les vues panoramiques impressionnantes du célèbre Links Old Course et de la plage de West Sands tout en surplombant le pont Swilcan depuis le confort du canapé dans le salon.

Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre de St Andrews où vous serez instantanément au milieu de l'agitation des magasins, bars et restaurants. Toutes les parties de la ville universitaire sont facilement accessibles à pied.

La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes dans 3 chambres doubles, toutes avec salle de bain moderne. Perfect location for access to St Andews Links courses and downtown St Andrews. Unparalleled views of the Old Course from the living room window. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. Kerr is an excellent host and very responsive.

Best spot in St. Andrew’s

A bucket list golf trip needs a bucket list accommodation, and 1Links Crescent is that place. The location off the 17th green at the Old course is unbelievable, the walking distance to all the other courses and the town and all the attractions is so convenient. The hosts are responsive and really want you to have the trip of your life. There is no where else to stay if you visit St Andrew’s.

Beautiful flat with excellent views of the golf course. Well furnished and well located in town. It had everything we needed for a lovely week with our family. The hosts are first class and very responsive . We hope to return again soon.

Awesome Home Away From Home in St Andrews

We had three couples staying and it felt like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay as seamless as possible. The view of the Old Course is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed for a week's stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable for all of us. Easily within walking distance of everything you need in St Andrews. I highly recommend this house for any group planning a visit to St Andrews for golf and everything else that St Andrews has to offer.

Amazing!

We spent 2 weeks here and didn’t want to leave! The house is exactly as it appears online, maybe even better. Location was outstanding, close to everything in town. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was spotless. We loved sitting in the living room and looking out over the golf course, you couldn’t beat that view. Owners were so great to deal with as well. Next time we come to Scotland this will be our first choice of place to stay!

Perfect St Andrews

The flat overlooks the Old Course so the location was perfect walking distance to everything in St Andrews. The home is beautiful with great amenities — it was great to have separate bathrooms in each room. Kerr and Suzanne were fantastic prior to check-in, helping with finding flowers for our daughter’s graduation, and explaining the check-out / clean guidelines process. From beginning to end our stay was very enjoyable at this beautiful property. We hope to return for a golf trip in the near future!

Family Trip to St. Andrews

Our family had a lovely stay at 1 Links Crescent. With 4 adults and 3 children (8, 6, and 1), this home was the perfect accomodation for our trip. This was our second stay with Kerr and Suzanne and they have been nothing short of amazing hosts during our stays. Their communication prior to arrival gave us the assurance that our trip would go smoothly. With a large family traveling from the US, including young children, Kerr and Suzanne could not have been more accomodating during the check-in process. The home was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely week in St. Andrews. We hope to be back at 1 Links Crescent soon!

Family Trip to St. Andrews

Our family stayed a week at 1 Links Crescent and we could not have had a better experience. Traveling with young children (ages 6 and 4) can be a stressful experience, but Kerr and Suzanne removed any worries for us. After a long day of travel, they were very accommodating during the check-in process. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed as a family for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to return here as a family and hope to do so in the future. If looking for a place to stay in St. Andrews (whether a family or a golfers' trip), I would look no further than 1 Links Crescent.

Views of holes 1, 17 and 18 at the Old Course

OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.

Best week ever in ST Andrews.

Each morning start with opening the blinds and viewing what becomes a picture window view of the best golf holes at St Andrews, 1,17 and 18 of the Old Course. Nothing but excitement from that view all week. The location is outstanding as you can walk to all attractions and great food all over the city. The flat had everything we needed for the week and following a long day of golf each day the showers were a wonderful welcome home. Kerr was wonderful to work with and provided everything we needed. Just can't see any way you will not have the most wonderful trip staying at this property.

The property was in an excellent location - no expense spared with anything in the property - ie Appliances, furniture, linen, laundry products - I could go on ! - the fact that it had 3 bathroom facilities was excellent as my Mum had her own bedroom downstairs adjacent to myself and my husband and the kids bags the upstairs one out of the way of us nearest to the fridge !! - When we come again next year we would hopefully stay in the same house if the available.
