Comfortable 60 sqm apartment located on the ground floor (step at the entrance), ideal for 4 people. The accommodation is located in Squinzano, a charming town located in the heart of Salento, rich in history, culture and food and wine traditions.
The location is optimal, just 600 meters from the station and a short distance from the motorway entrances to Lecce and Brindisi.
The property consists of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and covered patio.

60 sqm apartment located on the ground floor. Please note that there is a step to access the accommodation and steps to reach the covered patio.
The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, coffee table, TV;
- FULL BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- COVERED PATIO with sofas, armchairs and coffee table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WIFI, split A/C, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Lecce Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd
The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00
- From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00
City tax payment will be required.
The location of the property is in the upper Salento, in the historic center of Squinzano, a town with an agricultural tradition but in a strategic position to be easily reached by train (9 min walk from the Trenitalia FS Station), by car (2 km from the Bari-Lecce highway), and by plane (25 km from Brindisi Airport) and to be able to easily reach within a radius of 60 km all the most famous tourist resorts of Salento (Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, Porto Cesareo, Taranto, etc.), and the Itria Valley (Alberobello, Fasano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, etc.), and the beautiful beaches of the two seas, the Adriatic Sea 10 km away, and the Ionian Sea 20 km away.
