Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the huge backyard with tree swings. Check out our homestead (goats, chickens, bees)! This is a perfect location for a family party or reunion. (Tables/chairs available)

Relax in our pavilion, sit around the fire pit, make s’mores, and play tether ball or corn hole!

3 bed, 2 bath unit is big! Pack-and-play & baby swing available.

Watch movies or play air hockey. (basketball game & foosball
available for a small charge). Close to lake/trails

The area for rent is a basement apartment with a private entrance with stairs leading to the backyard. It is a private area with an electronic code-keyed door. It has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare food and eat. There is a large backyard with 2 tree swings, a trampoline, a pavilion with a grill and a picnic table, a fire pit, and 2 tetherball standards. we also have an air hockey table inside the unit (free play) and a foosball table and basketball game available to be set up for an additional charge ($15)

We have a homestead with goats, free-roaming chickens, and bees. You can set up a time for a private animal experience milking momma goats, feeding goats, bottle feeding baby goats (depending on the time of year), holding and feeding chickens, tasting goat milk, learning about bees, and trying fresh honeycomb. ($40 for a family hour session, $5 for each additional person over the immediate family)

We also have other products for sale, like honey, fresh goat milk and cheese, goat milk lotion, and fresh eggs.

We can host family parties, weddings, BBQs, receptions, etc... Contact us for more information and pricing.

No fans in rooms

Our only complaint is the lack of air circulation in the rooms. There was a big strong industrial fan in the family room—but for privacy- once the doors were closed, there was no air movement and it was not very confortable

This place was amazing, they have a few things to do here with the animals if you want which is a great experience for kids. The area also has lots to do, so if you are looking for a cozy stay with lots of options, come stay here!

In Town for Our Son's Wedding

We had 7 adults & a toddler stay in the home. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and included everything we could have needed. The bridesmaids took part in the goat milking & lotion making class and we held the rehearsal dinner in the backyard.

Kids Had Fun with Animals!

Overall our stay was excellent. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to spread out between 3 rooms (there were 5 of us) and everyone slept comfortably. It was very clean too! The property has animals in the backyard, and my kids loved being back there. My daughter especially loved the animals, and the owner spent time with her helping her feed a baby goat. They also ran a kids camp while we were there, and two of our kids were able to participate during part of our stay.

Generous Accommodating Host

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Lovely accommodations and host. We arrived a couple hours prior to stated check in time and needed to refresh and change our clothes to go to a wedding rehearsal. Although property not completely ready for us, Jacob graciously allowed us in ahead of time to do what we needed. Loved the various animals on site, hubby even got to bottle feed the goats before we left.

Great place for families

Our family of 7 with kids ranging from 4-18 stayed over the weekend and had such a great time! There was plenty of sleeping space for the 7 of us and it looked like this place could sleep several more, so this is an awesome place for a big family or several families getting together. The apartment was very comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need to make meals and the hosts also included lots of coffee, hot chocolate and several treats to make the stay more comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms and plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent to get through our stay (this isn’t always the norm with rentals!) And there were so many fun things to do! The kids LOVED playing with and petting the goats (there were 9 babies while we were there!) jumping on the trampolines, and playing on the swings and teeter totter. The big kids took a goat milk lotion making class where they got to milk a goat, bottle feed baby goats, and make lotion from goat milk and other natural ingredients. Itwas really reasonably priced and the owners let the little kids feed the baby goats too. Inside there was an arcade game with classic Nintendo games on it, an air hockey table and a large sofa and television big enough for a big group to enjoy a movie. This was a park, a large comfortable apartment and entertainment all in one. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a really fun, unique rental!

Excellent stay

Plenty of room for my family of 7. We came into town for my husband family. We were able to host all of them at the house for a family dinner and there was lots of room and plenty to do. The back yard is a kids dream, the kid had free range to play and do things. House was very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies. Perfect location! Host was very helpful and kind.

Great Get away with Grandkids to the Festival of Colors 💜

What a GREAT basement apartment!!! Every amenity a human being could ask for!! The grandkids loved the video game and the air hockey. My 10-year-old grandson wants to come back with his cousin for their birthdays ( how cute is that😍) The owners have thought of everything. Chickens,goats, kitty cats also made it a Hit.

Perfect Girls Overnight Getaway

Fabulous stay!

Beautiful property! Great for a large family! A farm experience in the city. Jacob was attentive and cordial. Separate entrance and driveway. Everything you need for your home away from home vacay. The rental was perfect for our holiday stay with family! Will book here again!!
