Please turn all lights off and close windows when not in the property. Don't forget to turn the AC to the setting back to75 summer only ..Thanks
Outside lights can be left- on but turned -off on departure morning. Clean dishes and trash can be left in the garbage or placed outside in the trash.

Great place to stay!!! We were in town for the Clifton Mill Christmas Lights and hopped over to Columbus to CoSi. Easy access to surrounding attractions. The house was spacious and clean. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day. Worked great as home base for the family.

Very nice house, would have been nice if it could have gotten a deep cleaning but the people before us didn’t leave until 3 pm on Friday the 12 and our check in was at 4 so no time to deep clean. Saturday the tub started leaking in the kitchen while my daughter-in-law was giving my 2 little grandsons a bath. Called the host and he explained why it was doing that. He was very friendly and he even came to the house after he got back in town and checked it out and let me know when he was on the way. We were there for a wedding and I would rent it again when in Springfield.

Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay.

Economical Stay in Springfield

The house is very clean and well equipped. There are plentiful towels and very simple check-in and checkout. It was a bit offsetting that they left what people had left in the refrigerator in the bathroom so there’s quite an array of shampoos available to use if you don’t bring you around. I would recommend that the refrigerator would be cleared out after every guest because it’s just a hazard you don’t want to take on the ice in the refrigerator tasted like the fish that was in the refrigerator so cleaning it out would probably be a better solution. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Christmas get away

Driving down the street was worried property wouldnt be all that it showed. Have had that happen before. But once we walked thru the front door our minds was set at ease. The place was very clean, more well equipped than i imagined it would be, and the beds and furniture so very comfy!! The hot tub was very relaxing! We didnt venture out other than the event we went down there for the place was so relaxing! One of the best experiences ever. The kids wanted to stay longer but i had to come back for work. I and the kids agree we would definitely book the same place again and go back!!

Nice place to stay, but a few poorly done repairs. It was strange to have food in fridge left over from previous guests, and some sheets/towels were in the washing machine (unwashed) when we arrived. Nevertheless, we'll be back each year.

Not a bad weekend stay. Definitely an improvement over the hotel stays we typically have. Was nice for all to have their own rooms and beds. House was nice and had a few extras (tvs, pcs, yard, hottub, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. Surrounding area a little sketchy looking but we didnt have any issues. We were less than 10 minutes from all needs... groceries, candy store, ice cream shop, champions lake, gas, etc.

Great stay

Only stayed one quick night while passing through, but the home was clean and fit our family of 7 well. 3 bedrooms: 1=twin and queen, 2=king bed, 3=queen. We also used the bed in the family room. We enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub. Initially we were concerned about parking our vehicle on the street in the neighborhood, but we parked out front where there were cameras and we didn’t have any problems.

Stayed for the weekend and it was awesome. The house was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Really delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Neighborhood was a little noisy Saturday night but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely stay again.

Indy Vacation

On our way to Indiana for the Indy 500 and stayed for the night. Very clean home! Had everything you could possibly need. WAY better than a hotel!! Hot tub was fantastic! Hot and ready to go. Kids absolutely loved it! Only critique would be a second shower because all of us needed one before we left but we made it work. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of places to sleep and rest. Felt very safe with the security system in place. Thank you for such a great home! Would highly recommend!

Ideal location

This rental was a perfect location for us at a great price compared to local hotels this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the pictures were. Very clean with comfortable furniture. Great first time Vrbo experience.
