The front-desk staff was very nice (Heather and Mark?). When I went to take a shower the water wouldn’t shut off and they had to move me to another room. The water leaked into my friend’s room next door so they had to move him to another room as well. While I was moving my stuff I came back into my old room and a member of housekeeping was going through my bags. She said she was looking for the room key. Staff should never touch guest bags without permission! When my friend got his new room the heat didn’t work and the room was freezing (it was 20 degrees outside). Again, most of the staff was nice and a portion of my bill was comped, but I won’t be staying there again. The property is in desperate need to maintenance.

This is not a 3 star hotel as listed, has rotten doors, dust and cockroaches in the room and smells really bad.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Condition of building especially the room was poor. Pealling wallpaper, outlets that did not work. Very dirty covered entry (cigarette butts all over and some small trash) hallway very dirty, ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Coffee maker filer compartment had white hairs in it. 3 towels had large black dried in stains, elevator brakes squealed badly. Continental breakfast was 3 types of dry cereal in Tupperware, no bowels. Had packets oatmeal but no hot water. Had stand with 2 types mini muffins- looked dry, 2 kinds of bread slices-dry, 2 types bagels- appeared dried out.
Several areas throughout room and inn in general had peeling paper.

The hotel is terribly outdated. 1st room had a huge stain on the fitted sheet. If that was acceptable to put on a bed makes me wonder what else was acceptable that didnt habe a stain. The door to the bathroom didnt close and the vanity had some sort of wax dropplets all over it. The tub still had the soap residue on the soap shelf. I would habe not stayed there if it wasnt for the lateness of check in and just needing a bed to sleep in. Will not select this hotel again

Front desk was great but our was dirty so we were moved to another room. That room was okay but the floor was filthy. The amenities are great and it’s a good location but they need to clean the hotel.

Yikes. I travel a lot and have never stayed at a hotel that felt so dilapidated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. But the condition of the bulding, the rooms, and the SMELLS! Yikes! I had to ask for a new room because the first one smelled so bad. The second room was slightly better...bearable but still. The room was only partially serviced before i checked in. The bed sheets and towels were changed, but the carpet was dirty, there was food left in the mini firdge, and there was a floss pick left in the bathroom. The condition of the buidling itself was pretty worn down..understandable if they are trying to raise the budget for renovations. It definitely needs help. It's in a great locations, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I hope they get the renovations done sooner than later.

Mold everywhere! No blankets on the beds. Stains all over the walls. Bathroom/Bathtub tiles VERY slippery. Shady people hanging out in the hallway. Stay away from this place!
Trash everywhere in then hotel!
