A rather new addition to the owner’s home, but private with its own entry way. Charming 3-room unit with comfortable bed, great shower and other amenities that makes it one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and by far, the cleanest. The hostess was very pleasant and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Secluded and quiet

Our second visit and it is still one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Springfield/D.C. Nice kitchenette and everything was supplied. Beautiful yard with table and chairs, lots of birds and nice landscaping. It is a nice respite from the area's density and traffic - very quiet.

Beyond Lovely

The apartment is immaculate and was a wonderful home base for concert going and sightseeing. Even more wonderful was the outdoor space -- comfortable and beautiful surroundings with privacy. One of the absolute best experiences we've had.

The property is immaculately maintained. The patio, and yard are particularly beautiful. A very comfortable bed along with a lovely sitting area, and a mini kitchen, makes this an ideal retreat.The area is quiet, and peaceful. Easy to get to main highways with restaurants and shopping near by.Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely stay. Beautiful apartment. Just like a magazine. Quiet and safe neighborhood with ample parking. Also, a fantastic neighborhood if you fancy a morning walk or run with or without your dog. Very hospitable and responsive host. I had some user error with locking the door and Nidia was there in seconds to help.

What a gem!

My gf and dog and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding trip. What a beautiful place to stay, lovely back yard and neighborhood! The place was very clean and just as the pictures showed . Unfortunately our rental car was dead on the morning we were due to checkout, but our host was so understanding and let us wait comfortably for the tow truck. 10/10 would reccomend

Great Little Hideaway

We spent four nights in this cozy studio apartment and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive and a great communicator. The apartment was lovely and well appointed for our needs. The bathroom was so nice with double sinks, a very nice large tiled shower and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor deck was amazing and the yard was lovely. Overall a perfect stay for us.

More than expected

Absolutely love the attention to detail with the space, and the level of privacy with being connected to the main house. The location near the freeway allowed for ease of travel to DC and the National Harbor. Will absolutely stay again when I return in April.
