Springdale gem, centrally located, covered patio

Summary:
Beautiful home only minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. This is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412.

Has TV's in Living room and master bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities.

The Space:
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. There 1 king sized bed and 2 queen size beds in the house. It is newly renovated.

Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code.

Main living space is spacious open floor plan with large windows and living room seating.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, coffee pot, serving accessories and more.

Outdoor Space: Covered patio with seating and propane grill. Extra large backyard and driveway. This house has a garage, but it is not accessible to guests.

Master bedroom: King sized bed, private in suite bathroom, large closet.

Guest bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet and reading lamps

PETS -Small/Medium size pets (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit.

Extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire house all to yourself.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

Perfect house for bball tournament in Fayetteville and Rogers

Clean, well stocked with little things you need like soap on shower, laundry detergent, coffee. The backyard was very peaceful and well taken care of with budding flowers. We had a bball tournament in Fayetteville and Roger’s and Springdale was 20 minutes from each. The restaurants on Emma street were all unique and great and we didn’t have to deal with large crowds in Fayetteville. HOMEGROWN amazing breakfast/brunch, Yankabilly bbq and burgers and Frieda’s Mexican were well priced, good portions and delicious. House very close to grocery and pharmacy too.

Home away from home

We stayed for about 5 weeks. It is a nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. We liked the fenced in backyard for our dogs. The home had all the usual amenities so it was like our home away from home.

Spotless and welcoming.

I have never stayed at a place so clean. And to have live plants in the home really made it feel “homey”. The back yard was quite large and perfect for my pup. The only slight complaint was the king mattress which was quite u comfortable with a lump down the middle that made us feel like we were rolling out of bed. Would stay here again though.

This property was very clean and comfortable. The host provided everything that was needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication was very clear and detailed to avoid any misunderstandings. The location was perfect for our visit to see our son and enjoy the LSU game!

Wonderful Stay! We highly recommend this property!

This was the best place we’ve ever rented! We came to town for a ball tournament, and we had 2 adults, 4 kids (ages 8-17), and 2 dogs. This house has so much space for everyone. We easily fit 2 large dog kennels in the laundry room, where our dogs slept at night or when we were away. The kitchen and living room easily fit everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The best part for us was the beautiful backyard. It has a wonderful covered patio and a large fenced-in yard, where our dogs played constantly. We spent much more time at the house than anticipated, since a tornado hit in Rogers, which caused the tournament cancellation. Even then, we had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely return to this house the next time we come to the Springdale area. The property manager, Hector, was so easy to work with. I had quite a few questions, since this was our first time bringing these dogs. He was very friendly and quick to respond.

Great home

Really enjoyed staying here. Sitting on the back patio enjoying the nice fall weather was perfect. Look forward to coming again in the future. Very clean and has all the amenities needed to feel at home.

In my 9 year old grand daughters word for the house was WOW. The house was clean and supplied. Beautifully maintained. The backyard filled with flowers and large enough for my gbabies to run and play. We enjoyed having coffee with the hummingbirds in the morning and the variety of birds to relax to at night. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Springdale 2024

We stayed in several rentals every year in the United states and Europe. This is probably the BEST we have ever stayed in. The backyard was awesome for our Izzy girl and we will definitely be staying here in the future while visiting family. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
