The Space:

This newly built home features contemporary styling throughout, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The open plan living area boasts modern finishes, including a comfortable sofa, dining area, and flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, and all essential cookware, making meal preparation a breeze.



Each of the four bedrooms is fitted with blackout blinds, comfortable bedding, and built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom enjoys the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in every room for year round comfort.

The property and the house was beautiful inside and out, sunsets were incredible. Definitely enjoyed the vibe and the view was beautiful. Getting to the property was okay but the property numbers don’t match up with the address given and we had to find it on maps to get the accurate address. Instructions for the most part were good to get there. Once we got there only one code of three worked so we were stuck waiting outside the gate of the property and outside the house until we could get a code. A door was left unlocked and was the way we got in before the actual door PIN code was received.Overall it was a nice stay and would come back with hopefully with less checking in issues.

The Main picture advertising the property shows a fireplace - it does not work. Yes there is central heating, but the fireplace had no gas and did not work, which was very disappointing.There is a fire pit - no timber is supplied, nearest place to purchase firewood is a 1 hour round trip.The yard is not very private, there is another house very close and their garage is behind the holiday property and they worked in the garage until very late at night.Finally, you need 3 codes to get into the property, only 2 were supplied with the check in information and they were not correctly ordered. The front door code was not supplied at all. It took 4 phone calls to get in and the phone reception is very bad.Disappointing and too much work.

Issues started when we were told we could check in early and despite confirming this, it was rescinded last minute. On arrival, house was beautiful but there were clumps of dust in the hallways and by the curtains. At night, issues with the aircon were constant. No clear instructions which room number corresponded with what on the panel. The principal suite had all the excess air from other rooms being dumped into it so it was extremely hot and when we’d turn it off, the whole house got extremely cold. Disabled child with asthma was wheezing and infant was also affected by the unstable temperature so we left 2 nights too early as they have needed hospital care with breathing difficulties prior. Also, we were told on day 2 that the bins there were not for general waste so we had to load a car full of nappies and other waste to a separate location for disposal. The neighbours have the right bins by the way. So it just comes across as lazy as far as hosting people is concerned. The views are stunning both during the day and at night with a great quality finish for the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was great too.
