INSIDE THE CONDO
This beautiful condo is located on the third floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, there is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy.

This beautiful condo features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. Bedroom one has a Queen Tempur-Pedic bed and bedroom 2 has a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle. The main bedroom located on the upper level has a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a walk-in closet with beautiful built-ins, and a private full bathroom. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large island and separate eating area, a spacious family room, and a flat-screen TV. Two balconies are located off the living room and one on the upper level in the main bedroom, all with beautiful views of the Marina and Spring Lake.

SLEEPING
The unit is permitted for a maximum occupancy of 8 and has provided bedding for 6. All Bed and bath linens are provided.

Bedroom #2: Twin Daybed w/Twin Trundle
Bedroom #3: Queen Tempur-Pedic Upper Level with en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking Spring Lake.

EATING
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a Cuisinart drip/K-cup-style coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. The attached dining area has seating for six at the table as well as two seats at the kitchen island.

PARKING
There are two designated parking spots in the garage located in the first-floor parking area.

THE LOCATION
Enjoy all the fun of downtown Grand Haven including shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white sandy beaches without the hustle and bustle of staying right downtown. Just a five-minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge, you will love exploring the quaint and quiet Village of Spring Lake as well. Bring your bikes and take a beautiful scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path, which runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Take advantage of the surrounding Marinas and bring your boat-you can take your boat right into Grand Haven and avoid having to find a parking spot!

BOOKING
Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay for this property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

"The condo surpassed all the pictures. The views from the decks off the living room and the master were beautiful and relaxing. Building was quiet and felt very safe for this female traveling alone with a toddler. Location was close to Spring Lake splash pad and quick ride to Grand Haven for the beach, lighthouse and downtown for the music and fountain shows on the waterfront. Convenient drive to restaurants and local activities. Also easy day trip to Holland and other cute towns. Really appreciated the private parking spaces in the garage for safety and ease since I was traveling alone with a small child. The day bed with the trundle was a huge hit with toddler and made it so I didn't need a crib or packnplay. Although I didn't use it due to toddler sleeping on main floor, the top floor master was huge and nicely separate from the rest of the condo for privacy. The bedding and furniture were all great quality. The place is great for a larger family as it has plenty of space."

This property was well kept with great views and easy access to all that Grand Haven has to offer. We booked our stay for the Coast Guard Festival and could easily come and go as we pleased. There were only a few minor issues while we were there, but the host was exceedingly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the condo. The only thing we didn't use was the pool because of location. We appreciated the assistance we received from the property management team and the association as parking is not ideal if trailering a boat. They provided us the support we needed. Would encourage offering up 2 key fobs when families are staying. This allows for parities to come and go just as if they were at home or at a hotel. Overall we loved the place.

Beautiful condo, but.......

The condo itself is beautiful. Great location, right by the marina. Two levels (master upstairs), although it got a bit warm upstairs. Unfortunately, the bridges in Grand Haven are under construction, which created massive traffic problems, and caused the walking trail to be shut down under the highway. Not the condo fault, but sure makes things difficult. The checkin process is pretty obtuse, especially when the key fob left in the lobby would not unlock the door to the elevator (must be a problem with that lock, because it worked on other doors). Once we figured that out, access to garage (nice to have 2 spaces) and the condo was easy. Only other major gripe was the TV. I guess when the description says "Smart TV", it is accurate, but very misleading to me, in that there is only internet, no Cable TV. If you want to watch TV, bring all your passwords and login info with you. The "TV+" provided is worthless. No network programming of any kind. I finally used our login info from home to get on, but there was no Local Programming, or the major broadcast networks. Very inconvenient. Think maybe when one pays over $300/night for a condo, perhaps this should be included?? Maybe there are other options? Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay. Access to the Old Boys bar was an easy walk through the parking lot. Beautiful condo. Just a few issues.
