Weeki Wachee Canal Home Private Dock Kayaks AND River Adventure

You will love hanging out in patio areas overlooking the water. This canal property is one turn to the main river. We have a dock where a jet ski or boat can be parked. We are always finding ways to make this property welcoming and have what could be needed for a great time. Note: For Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, only one party can check in or out on any of these major holidays because the cleaners take these four days off only per year. Mid term/ monthly stays welcomed.

This is a cozy and functional home. Outside the floating dock is perfect for the in and out of swimming and kayaks. We have one paddle board, five single kayaks and one tandem kayak. You`ll love spending the days outside, grilling or having a fire. We do have a fire pit. Wood is not supplied. Inside, the main bedroom (queen size bed) connects with the second bedroom (twin size bed and trundle) and both have new vinyl plank flooring and TVs. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom where a second door takes you to the kitchen. The kitchen has most of what we think you will need. We have included a coffee and tea station with an electric kettle and a frother. The screened patio area has a tv, six seater dining table, extra chairs and an outdoor box with kayak seats and accessories. All tv`s are streaming only. There is a house phone and wifi with all the information on the teal folder. The outside third independent bedroom is accessed through the screen patio. It has a tv, full size bed and private bathroom with beautiful tile throughout. All the outside lights are governed by the panel of outlets on the wall on the middle indoor/outdoor room coming out of the main house. Please note the main house has lower ceilings which may not be as comfortable for someone over 6` tall. Overall, this is a quaint loving property where you can make memories and enjoy time together.

There is plenty of parking

We welcome snowbirds. Midterm rentals welcome. We do have a blow dryer, gas grill, coffee maker with filters. The tv`s are streaming, there is no cable. We have a phone, wifi. Screens throughout the back.
Pets are considered depending on breed, pet fee will be assessed. We do not have a full wrap fence so a leash would be needed. If you have any other questions, message me for more details.
Pet approval required separately (no cats sorry I’m allergic). Must be well behaved trained or in crate. If approved, leash needed house is not fully fenced.
